This peaceful unit is situated up a flight of stairs from the left side of the Swordfish Brewery parking lot and overlooks the beautiful Sussex Inlet canal.

Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels ARE supplied at this property.
- Aircon is available.
- Located above the Swordfish Brewery
- One dedicated Car Park is available with extra off-street parking also available.
- No Wifi available.
- No smoking inside the unit.
- No Pets allowed.

Inside
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the soothing ambiance of a coastal-themed bedroom, thoughtfully decorated to invoke a sense of relaxation and seaside charm. Sink into the plush bedding and let the gentle sound of the nearby canal lull you into a restful slumber.

Continuing down the hallway, you'll find a well-appointed bathroom on your right, complete with modern amenities to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.

The kitchenette comes equipped with a bar fridge, electric frypan, toaster, sandwich maker and a kettle. All cutlery, crockery and kitchen incidentals are provided for your convenience.

Very difficult to find the property

Overall the location and the property was excellent. However we were extremely disappointed with the property management. Firstly, on 25 January I checked my emails for the instructions on after hours key collection to find nothing in my inbox. I called LJ Hooker Sussex Inlet and they advised me that they hadn’t sent the email (despite me having previously advised that we would be arriving after hours). They then sent me an email stating that we needed to collect the key from their lockbox and that they would include a map detailing how to access the property. The map was very vague and we spent over an hour trying to find the correct building, the penned line on the map took us to the block that only had cottages 1-6 (block B). There was no mention that the property was located above swordfish brewery and was accessed via the side stairs. The provided key to access the building did not work so we were forced to knock loudly to get the attention of people in the building. This was extremely stressful and we were concerned that we would be sleeping in our car for the night. This was not a great start to our Australia Day getaway 😬😬. Also the tag on our keys said “873” which was completely incorrect and even more confusing. We filed the rough edges off the building key which when forced gave us access to the door from the rear car park only. The key can not be used to access the stairs and door from the front/waterfront side.
