Step outside to discover our fantastic outdoor lounge area. It's the perfect place to relax, read a book, or simply enjoy a cup of coffee.

Fire up the BBQ and sizzle your favourite dishes while enjoying the Mount views on the balcony. Whether you're a grill master or a novice, this spot is perfect for creating delicious meals and making lasting memories.

The master bedroom is located off the lounge (second level), which features a luxurious king-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Two more bedrooms downstairs offer comfortable queen-size beds, each providing a cosy retreat after a day of exploration.

There are also two well-appointed bathrooms, there will be no morning rush. Both bathrooms are modern and well-maintained, ensuring your comfort and convenience.

For those who need to catch up on work or stay connected, a small office space is conveniently located upstairs on the third level. Stay productive while still enjoying the holiday vibes. This could also be used as a kids room for play.

There is plenty of parking with an internal garage this is also where the laundry facilities are located. Just outside, is a small courtyard with an outdoor shower, perfect for a post surf rinse.

This home is just a short stroll away from the beautiful beach and Tay Street Café, allowing you to easily access the patrolled beach, golden sands and crystal-clear waters. Whether you're into swimming, surfing, or simply sunbathing, the beach offers it all.

Other things to note
- The main guest who books the home must be at least 25 years of age

- All linen is provided excluding beach towels - please bring your own

- Strictly NO parties or gatherings

- Only one vehicle in the garage. Two vehicles may park in the driveway

- No pets

Important Note: Regarding your reservation, please be aware of the following terms and conditions:

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
