Designed for families or groups, The Ngarata Nest comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms.

Step inside, and wooden floors guide you through the main living area. The dining space seamlessly transitions into the lounge, creating a calm and uncluttered zone where you can relax on the couch in front of the TV. Explore an array of books and board games provided for your enjoyment. The fully equipped kitchen ensures convenience, with pantry items like tea, coffee, and sugar readily available.

The bedrooms, accessible from the main living area, feature queen-sized beds in both bedroom one and two, while bedroom three hosts a single bunk bed and a designated work desk for your convenience. A tucked-away washing machine adds to the practicality. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, and toilet.

Enjoy exclusive access to your private, fully fenced courtyard, complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ. Cap off a day at the beach with a Kiwi-style BBQ grill, savoring the last rays of the afternoon sun.

Parking Note:
Please park on the street, ensuring the driveway remains clear at all times.

- The guest who books must be 25 years of age plus
- Strictly no parties or gatherings

Important Note: Regarding your reservation, please be aware of the following terms and conditions:

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
