Such a great location and perfect for what we were after. Great outdoor space to watch the kids play! Itâs got the original kiwi bach feel that brought back a lot of nostalgia Everything you need in the kitchen comfy beds and beach towels were super handy Waking up to the waves crashing every morning is epic Thanks so much
Traditional kiwi bach - nothing been done on the place in years, original 1950's kitchen, scratched peeling paint work and a mix of crockery, utensils etc. Bathroom is much newer. Everything pretty clean and not short of anything. Not for you if you like high spec, but good if you want a traditional kiwi beach experience. Beds are firm, which I loved - my kids not so much. Location is great and views are amazing. Lots of on site parking also a bonus.
A great location for beach walks, and so close to shops and cafes. The house was perfect for us to sit around and relax and the heat pump kept us toasty warm. So lovely to sit on the deck and look out at the ocean.
We had a group of 4 teen girls and their mums. This bach was perfect as the girls could all share the bunk room while the mums got the big comfy beds. The location was perfect. Across the road from the beach and a nice stroll to the coffee shops. We loved it! The deck was perfect for relaxing and watching the world go by.
We loved this placed. We stayed as 3 couples for a relaxed weekend exploring and playing board games. Great location with amazing views. Beds comfortable and we were all really happy. Kitchen well labeled. Everything we needed! Had a few books and games at the house as well. great spot for summer or winter
Nice location overpriced and in desperate need of TLC
We booked this knowing it was a "bach" and had no problem with that. The location was great, It was equipped with everything we needed and the heat pump keep us warm. Really disappointed with the cleanliness. Bathroom and kitchen on surface level were fine but the dust and dirt buildup elsewhere was disgusting and off putting. In desperate need of spring cleaning considering you pay so much in cleaning fees & TLC with old paint peeling off the ceiling, holes in the walls . Def not worth it for the price, way better options out there. Recommend pricing accordingly.
The location was great and we caught up with our NZ families after the COVID period.
Being a rental property owner myself Iâm very aware of the âcleanersâ and would say I donât believe you are getting good value from yours.
When paying the agreed rental amount I accidentally paid in Australian dollars which is greater than the NZ dollar and request a refund on the over paid amount thank you.
Great location, literally across the road from the beautiful main beach and a short walk from Mt. Maunganui. The house is comfortable and well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, etc.
What a great spot, enjoying the morning sun rise is a great way to start the day. House was comfortable and well kitted out with everything you could need from board games to bean bags for lounging. We will be back!
