Cozy Cabin in woods! Minden area! Very quiet, private! On Little Gull Lake.

Beautiful Cozy Cottage with large deck, and dock. New washroom, deck, windows and Gazebo. On Little Gull Lake. Very private. All amenities including BBQ, TV, wifi. Also movies and Games! Great for swimming, sunbathing, fishing. Canoe included. Near Kawartha Dairy and Dairy Queen. 15 minutes from Minden for shopping and to get your favourite treat. Many hiking trails if inclined. Beautiful sunsets and very Private for those wanting a quiet, Cozy Getaway! Not open after October 30th. Cottage open for rentals in June. Note wifi not perfect. Key provided on post under cottage stairs, if you choose to lock the door if going out.

Lake is beautiful and location was private. Charming cottage and lovely deck. Dock was good for relaxing and swimming.

Lovely cottage getaway

The cottage is located in such an incredible spot! Directly on the water, but still distance between neighbours. Karen was super quick to answer all messages and made the check in/out process easy. We would 100% book back here again!!!! Thank you Karen!

We loved the privacy and the setting. The canoe was a big bonus. The outdoor deck was perfect for the very warm evenings and had mosquito netting The teenagers loved the DVD and video tape collection. The dock was perfect to fish and to swim from. There were a few grocery items left from the previous people we were unsure what to do with them so we just left them. The cottage is old but that only gives it charm and the lived in feeling.

Overall a great weekend. The weather was perfect and the water was great. We swam and fished most of the weekend. Had a power outage for most of Friday but that was out of the control of the owner. Minor thing is we found that there was a bit of clutter on the deck and the path to and from the water was a bit overgrown but the experience was still positive.Would highly recommend for a family or a friends reunion to come to this cottage.

Peaceful Retreat with a Stunning Lake ViewWe had a lovely time staying at this rustic cabin. The decor was definitely eclectic, with a mix of random items that gave the place a quirky charm. While it may not be everyone's taste, it definitely added character to the space.What truly made our stay unforgettable was the lake. The views were breathtaking, and the opportunities for outdoor activities were endless. Swimming, paddle boarding and fishing were highlights of our trip, and we spent hours enjoying all. The lake truly made this place special, offering peace, tranquility, and plenty of fun. I would recommend maybe brining some disposable plates/cups, and utensils.Overall, while the decor was a bit all over the place, the location and the lake more than made up for it. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with stunning natural beauty, this cabin is a great choice.

Private cottage great swimming!

Really cozy cottage was a great stay and had a blast swimming in the lake! Bbq is a portable bbq not adequate to cook large meals but worked well for my husband and I. Would recommend to stay

Good cottage getaway!

The large deck with gazebo and outdoor seating was perfect for relaxing while taking in the stunning view of the lake. We loved swimming, fishing, and exploring from the dock and canoe. The cottage was cozy, but could benefit from a better propane grill and a bit of decluttering inside. Overall, we highly recommend this charming cottage and can't wait to return!

Unique Cottage Experience

Karen was a lovely host and was very communicative. The place is very unique in its own way and makes you feel like you’ve travelled back in time. The dock was a great place to talk with your friends and enjoy watching the sunset.

Hidden gem

Loved our stay; surrounded by trees and nature. Enjoyed our moring coffee on the deck with the beautiful view of the lake, very peaceful and relaxing. Had an amazing time canoeing and swimming off the dock. Our host Karen was great. We will be going back.

Great location. Inside needs improvement.

It was not very clean (we swept & washed the floor and cleaned the kitchen table) and it was very cluttered with old cushions and things piled up everywhere. The internet was spotty. You could not lock the doors. Very little cutlery. The couches and bed were comfortable. The location is beautiful. But I would not stay there again.
