This brand new holiday home is very well decorated and fully functioned with all your need. Two comfy King-sized beds and one Queen-sized bed are provided for you. The outdoor seating with the breathtaking view from the backyard will ensure you to enjoy a peaceful afternoon or a nice outdoor meal.
Wi-Fi will be availabel in 2 weeks time.

The Space:
Situated in the quiet foothills of Woodforde, this newly built three-bedroom home offers a calm and comfortable escape for families or groups. The interiors are fresh and thoughtfully styled, featuring two king beds and a queen bed for a restful stay. The open living area flows easily to the outdoor space, creating a relaxed environment to unwind, share meals or simply enjoy time together.
Step outside to a private backyard with lovely outlooks, giving you a peaceful spot for an afternoon break or an easy outdoor dinner. The home is fully equipped with practical amenities to make your stay straightforward, and free parking adds convenience for those exploring the area. Wi-Fi will be available shortly, making this a great base for a quiet getaway close to nature yet still within easy reach of Adelaide.

Woodforde is located very close to the excellent Morialta Recreation park, a great place for walking, bush walking or rock climbing. It is green and leafy with good sized blocks, city views and close to sought after schools, ie Rostrevor college and Norwood/Morialta High school. It is a safe, attractive and desirable place to live.
Ideally located in the highly sought after and prestigious Hamilton Hill. Shopping and entertainment options a plenty and only a stoneâs throw away on Magill Road or The Parade. All of this and within an easy 9km reach of the CBD! You will also be impressed with the 54000m2 landscaped parks, amphitheatre, and walking and cycle trails on your doorstep.
Getting Around:
The famous Penfolds Magill Estate Cellar Door is only 5 mins driving distance from your accommodation.
8 mins driving distance to reach Skye Lookout, one of the best places to enjoy Adelaide city scenery, especially night view and sunset.
Looking for somewhere new to walk nearby? Only 7 mins driving distance to the Wyfield Reserve, quieter reserves and has some fantastic views as you ascend the zig-zag path to Knox Terrace. Please note that this path is narrow and steep, so please walk carefully and safely!
For a quick grocery shopping, the Romeo's Foodland is only 1.8 km away. Super convenience and easy to your stay.
