Stylish and spacious with a perfect location on a very quiet street. Close to the CBD with a bus just a 2 minute walk away.
Large well equipped kitchen.
But why go to the city when the Hyde Park Shopping, Cafe and bar precinct, on King William Road, is a lazy 10 minute walk with beautiful Heywood Park enjoyed along the way?
The Unley, Malvern and Mitcham shopping centres are again a few minutes drive or 15 minute walk. Wallis cinemas are also located at Mitcham.
Location was super convenient for our stay being close to friends in the area. Sue is an excellent and thoughtful host who has thought of everything for your stay. Will definitely come back on return visits to Adelaide

We loved our stay, from the moment we stepped into the warm and welcoming home, to the thoughtful added extras, we were glamoured. The bed was perfectly comfortable, I loved sitting outside enjoying a coffee, watching birds and taking a moment. The street was quite, surprising considering the close proximity to the Unley's main street. Will be back!
This property was extremely neat and tidy. Overall really clean and had everything we needed. Quiet area but close to everything on Unley Road.
The only issue was that the internet/phone reception seemed to be really poor, especially in the main living area. It would hardly connect to 5G and it was even slower when connected to the wifi.
Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay here.
Iâve stated enough VRBOâs to know when an owner puts in extra to make beds, pillows, shower and kitchen just a more pleasant experience and with this the owner did. The shower smelled sparkling clean with fluffy matts⊠the beds were extremely comfortable and good bedding, it was decorated very cute, everything we couldâve needed in the kitchen and laundry and was very well organized. Best dryer Iâve used in Australia. Very conveniently located and loved that there was a parking spot right next to the back door for ease of loading and unloading. All in all great little place!
This place was just so lovely, it was spotless, had so many amenities and felt like we were in a small cottage rather than an apartment. The property owner was lovely to deal with and so helpful, leaving fresh milk and bread was also very thoughtful. The area is quiet and well located, about a 10 min Uber ride to the city. Would highly recommend this accommodation if you are coming to Adelaide!
Thank you so much Sue for sharing your beautiful apartment with us. Everything was clean and tidy, kitchen was well stocked, having the laundry was a bonus. Loved the books scattered around. Rooms were generous in size, beds comfy and linen lovely to sleep in. I wondered if being close to Cross Rd might be a bit busy but gosh your street is super quiet. Will be back. I live on Kangaroo Island, South Australia and manage a couple of properties. My husband and I are Sheep farmers on the island. However I my main profession has been working in tourism. Post COVID I have taken a step back from that and just concentrated on hosting my own and others properties.
