Light and sophisticated, this two-bedroom apartment offers an executive oasis in one of Adelaideâs most sought-out pockets. Nestled in the heart of Prospect, itâs surrounded by notable cafes and restaurants and is just a quick bus ride into the CBD. The apartment boasts all the modern conveniences of home, including secure parking, smart TV, full kitchen and internal laundry. Guests can relax on the undercover private patio or make the most of the residentsâ BBQ facilities and alfresco dining.
Sitting within a stylish and modern apartment complex, this airy apartment creates the perfect pad for your trip to Adelaide. Itâs located in the trendy neighbourhood of Prospect, fast becoming a hub for culture and dining, and just a stoneâs throw from the city centre.
Newly furnished, the apartment has been beautifully styled with artworks from local Australian artists. The open plan design flows seamlessly to an undercover private patio with seating to enjoy your morning cup of tea. In the living room, kick back on the leather couch and catch up on your favourite series on the Samsung smart TV. There is free Wi-Fi and reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating, ensuring the apartment is comfortable year-round.
A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook meals at home â although with abundant eateries on your doorstep you may not want to. It is kitted with sleek appliances including a gas cooktop, stove, microwave and dishwasher for easy clean-up. Guests will also have access to a communal entertaining area on level 4, replete with BBQ facilities and ample alfresco seating.
There are two bedrooms within the apartment. Each is fitted with a plush queen-sized bed and topped with crisp white linens ready to sink into. The first bedroom comes with bedside tables and a clothes rack, while the second bedroom has access to a built-in wardrobe. The living room couch can be converted into a sofa bed to fit an additional guest, however we do not have any bedding for this, please arrange to bring your own.
An immaculately presented bathroom comes with a spacious shower, toilet and vanity with storage. Complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer have been provided for your stay. Within the bathroom there is also a combination washing machine and dryer, adding to your everyday convenience.
The apartment comes with a dedicated and secure car spot for one care, along with street parking around Churchill Road.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
