The Space:

Welcome to Casa Katalina, a peaceful and laid-back retreat just 10 minutes away from the beach (walking distance). Located on the second floor of a quiet, adult-only complex with only five units, this condo offers comfort, privacy, and the perfect touch of local charm.



Inside, the home feels bright, breezy, and inviting, with an open layout designed for easy living. Whether you're blending up something tropical, heading out for a beach day, or unwinding on the rooftop at sunset.

Guest Access:

- Enjoy exclusive access to the condo during your stay, as well as shared amenities like the rooftop lounge, ground-level pool, and spa tub (not heated).

- We also provide bikes so you can easily get around town.



The Neighborhood:

Casa Katalina is tucked into a peaceful corner of Puerto Morelos, just off the main road that connects Cancun to Tulum. It’s quiet enough to feel like a true escape, but close enough to everything you might need.



You’re only a short walk or bike ride from the beach and the heart of Puerto Morelos—a laid-back fishing village with colorful streets, local shops, and some of the best seafood spots around. Stop by Cantina Habanero or Las Koras for something casual and delicious, or explore the beachside bars with live music.



Need groceries? Chedraui is a quick drive away. Want to venture further? You’re in a great spot for exploring the Riviera Maya—cenotes, snorkeling trips, and beach clubs are all within easy reach.

Airport & Arrival:

• The nearest airport is Cancún International Airport (CUN), located about 25–27 km (15–17 miles) from the property.

• Travel time is typically 25–30 minutes by car or taxi.



Transport Options:

Taxi / Private Transfer:

• Taxis and private airport shuttles are widely available and offer the quickest and most comfortable way to reach the condo.

• Pre-booking a private transfer is recommended for a smooth, hassle-free arrival.



Local Transportation:

• Taxis are readily available throughout Puerto Morelos for short trips to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, and town center.

• Colectivos run along the main routes and are an inexpensive way to travel between local stops.

• The town is bike-friendly, and many guests choose to explore on foot or by bicycle due to its compact size.

Other Things to Note:

- Visitors are not permitted. Only the guests listed in the reservation are allowed access to the complex.

-Casa Katalina is an adult-only property. The minimum age to make a reservation is 30 and the minimum age to stay at the property is 21.

Guests will need to climb stairs.

- Please note, while the massage jets in the spa tub work perfectly, it's not heated.

- We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, shampoo, and soap. Just note these items are not replenished.

- Mid-stay cleaning can be requested and provided for a fee.

- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 30 years of age or older to book.

- Smoking of any kind inside the property (tobacco, cannabis, etc) or the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.



Interaction with Guests:

The host will meet you up on your arrival to check you in. Please advise us of the approximate arrival time.
