This Amazing Bay View home is located directly across the Siuslaw River from Old Town Florence. Bay View East offers amazing views, a large open floor plan with two living spaces, a very comfortable and inviting bar / game room, an outside BBQ area with picnic tables, a small pond between the homes and plenty of parking for boats or sand toys. is filled with lovely shops, cafes, galleries, and restaurants.
 You will also be minutes from numerous trailheads for hiking or mountain biking. The 
coastal forests flourishing in Douglas fir and Sitka spruce extend nearly to the Ocean.

 Some trails wind up over and through sand dunes offering hikers the opportunity to 
experience the unique natural wonders of this area.
