The Space:
This is a perfect place and neighborhood to gather as a family. It’s a space that is so special, you might feel perfectly fine never leaving! Set foot in through the front door and enter the main level with tall ceilings, tons of natural light, and a walkout deck, which connects the outdoor and indoor living spaces. Sleek gray furnishings are centered around the alluring gas fireplace. Settle into the two armchairs for some conversation or quiet time, or curl up on the curved couch and watch your favorite show on the mounted flat screen. Following the flow of the open layout leads to the formal dining room. A large 8-person dining table has pride of place under the chandelier. It’s surrounded by windows and sliding glass doors so you can enjoy your meals with a view and easily access the outdoor grill.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped. The granite countertops are spacious and the kitchen island with bar seating makes for a great space for snacks and coffee. Stainless appliances include a fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven, toaster oven, toaster, teapot, coffee maker, and electric wine opener. Ample space throughout makes the gourmet kitchen perfect for cooking and entertaining with the whole group.

Off the kitchen are a powder room and a laundry area with a washer and dryer.

All bedrooms are found on the upper level and offer more breathtaking views. The primary bedroom looks like it’s been ripped straight from an Architectural Digest page. Featuring a romantic, oversized bed, matching bedside tables, a dresser, and a vanity set, as well as a spa-like bathroom. Keep the mini fridge stocked with cold beverages and ice so you can make drinks without leaving your room. There’s also a huge 60-inch TV above the dresser with dozens of streaming apps to choose from. More beauty can be found in the private primary bathroom, with a huge soaking tub and marbled walk-in shower ready to rinse away the day and create the ultimate relaxation experience.

The second and third bedrooms are very similar in style, both furnished with two queen-sized beds, TVs, and bedside tables. No need to live out of your suitcase here, both bedrooms have sizable closets with hangers, and the third bedroom has a big dresser so your clothes can stay nicely folded. An extra bed in each room allows for more guests to stay together, and each mattress has been made with plush comforters and hotel-grade linens. A shared full bathroom is also on the second floor, featuring a marble-tiled walk-in shower for absolute relaxation and recovery. Clean lines combine with bright white for a crisp, spa-like environment where the vanity is topped with a contemporary linear backsplash and a simple ivory countertop.

Find epic stargazing from the lower patio and all the mountain solitude your heart can muster from the lovely second-story deck.

Guest Access:
We will send you detailed instructions no less than 48 hours prior to your arrival after you complete our verification portal. You will have privacy and access to the entire house using your special code given upon booking. Front door has a digital smart lock.

**Downstairs long-term tenant in basement. Door is deadbolted from both sides and blocked off for peace of mind and privacy. Tenant uses a seperate entrance and parking on the street.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the Powers Corridor, an active community with a wide array of newer shopping, restaurants, community parks, and entertainment. The whole street is quiet and has a view of the mountains, and Leotri Dr enjoys easy access to Schriever AFB. Grab the golf clubs and drive just 5 minutes from your home base to the Cherokee Ridge Golf Course. Need some retail therapy? Head 4 minutes west toward a number of strip malls and shopping centers, with stores such as World Market, Men’s Wearhouse, Applejack Wine & Spirits, and First and Main Town Center. Getting to central Colorado Springs by car takes about 20 minutes. Visitors and locals are particularly drawn to Downtown and Old Colorado City, two neighborhoods offering enticing cultural, shopping, and dining options.

Getting Around:
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

Other Things to Note:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
-Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-The TV's offer streaming services only for guest's to use their subscriptions. Just don't forget to log out!
-This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited

Last, it’s your vacation, so you probably don’t want a lot of RULES. So think of these more as our strong requests:

**Downstairs long-term tenant. Door is deadbolted from both sides and blocked off for peace of mind and privacy.
- NO SMOKING inside. This includes Colorado’s newest cash crop.
- We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
- Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

Additional Services:
- We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs. If we are able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, we can do this free of charge. Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early for an early check-in or the day before your departure for a late check-out.

Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, a matching selfie, and a credit card to verify identity. We use this to prevent fraudulent reservations, illegal activity, and for the safety of all guests, neighbors, and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL.

Great place around corner from family
This was a great place to stay with visiting my son who lived around the corner. It was fun to have family dinners there and even host my 1 year granddaughter for a sleep over.
