The villa boasts a large open plan living/dining area and kitchen, providing guests with plenty of living space and includes comfortable seating, large Smart TV, and air-conditioning. WiFi is also available for entertaining or working online. Surrounded by exquisite landscape, the villa gives you a sense of tropical luxury living.
The master bedroom offers direct access to the pool, and a larger en-suite bathroom with separate bathtub and walk-in shower. Second bedroom features a queen bed and a child’s room has a twin pull-out bed with 2 mattresses; they share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Prepare your own meals and beach snacks if needed. Everything for your stay is provided, including an electric stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster & cookware. There is a washer for your convenience too!
Housekeeping is already included in the rate. The maid will clean and make an amazing breakfast for you on request. The cost of the groceries for breakfast and any other shopping requested is not included in the rate and will be charged with a shopping-delivery surcharge of 15%.
Electric usage is not included in the price, it will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave the house. Solar panels installed at the villa make sure the charges are minimal.
Late check in is available on request free of charge.
