Welcome to Parkview, your elevated escape in the heart of Mount Central â the perfect base for soaking up the best of Mount Maunganui. Perched right next to the iconic Bay Oval, this two-level apartment is a dream spot for cricket and rugby fans, beach lovers, and those who appreciate a vibrant local scene.
The space
Step inside and youâll find a beautifully appointed, urban-style loft that blends comfort and character across two levels. Downstairs features a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area â fully equipped for longer stays or weekend getaways. Thereâs also a convenient separate toilet on the lower level, complete with washing and drying facilities to make your stay that much easier.
Upstairs, youâll find a cosy queen-sized bedroom and a separate loft-style second room â ideal for couples, solo travellers, or small families. Both rooms include wardrobes, and the main bathroom is located on this upper level.
Please note: while the apartment does not have built-in air conditioning or central heating, standalone fans and heaters are provided to keep you comfortable year-round.
Youâll also have one off-street carpark (a rare gem this close to the action!) and everything you need for a relaxed, self-contained stay.

Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.
Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.
Bond Hold:
A bond hold of $500 will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
