Perfect for families, it comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with two master bedrooms, 2 further bedrooms for flexible sleeping arrangements, main bathroom and separate powder room. Located in a prime spot, you're a short walk from trains, trams, restaurants, the Classic Cinema, and beautiful parkland and the bustling Village for all your shopping and dining needs on your doorstep. The beach is just a quick drive away!
Located between Elwood and Caulfield, Elsternwick offers an ideal setting for daytime or evening adventures, combining old-world charm with modern indulgence. Within a 200m walk, you'll find easy access to trains, trams, the Classic Cinema with its rooftop bar, and an abundance of restaurants, along with parklands perfect for a stroll or a quick kick of the footy. Plus, with the beach just an eight-minute drive away, this property places you at the heart of convenience, culture, and relaxation.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
