Bienvenue à WaterHouse 203! Ne cherchez plus pour votre rêve de vacances ultime! Ce magnifique condo de trois chambres est à quelques pas du golfe du Mexique et situé entre Rosemary et Seaside. Ce condo est conçu avec goût d'un mobilier haut de gamme aux appareils haut de gamme et un grand balcon donnant sur 30A. Ce condo de trois chambres dispose d'une suite parentale de luxe avec une baignoire à jets, une cuisine gastronomique, deux chambres d'hôtes avec une salle de bain privée et une salle de bain individuelle, et une télévision à écran plat. Rassemblez-vous sur le grand balcon meublé doté de grandes fenêtres offrant une vue magnifique. Le complexe WaterHouse se compose de quatre étages avec une piscine sur le toit et un spa avec deux barbecues communautaires, ainsi qu'un centre de fitness privé sur place et une douche extérieure. Les condos ont un ascenseur. Des services de concierge sont disponibles, l'installation de chaises de plage supplémentaires, la livraison d'épicerie, la location de vélos supplémentaires et la location de voiturettes de golf. Amazing apartment

Everything was perfect. Apartment is fully equipped, spacious and comfortable. Bikes were a plus because there are no restaurants close to the apartment. Communication with the manager was easy and very helpful. I definitely recommend this place

The kitchen was fully stocked and each bathroom equipped with soaps and plenty of towels. We were appreciative of the beach towels provided by Royal Destinations. The recent updates to the unit were noticeable and tasteful. The outdoor seating area was ample and inviting! My family had a 5 star stay and we will be booking this unit for our next family vacation! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Great location, beautiful unit, loved the pool

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Waterhouse and look forwardTo returning again. We enjoyed being so close to the beach. Even though 30A is a busy road, it wasn’t difficult or cumbersome crossing it to get to the beach easily. The beach access on this side of 30A does have quite a few stairs, so if it’s more difficult for you to take stairs, would recommend staying closer to Seagrove Beach and west. We, however, really enjoyed this part of 30A. It is less busy than other areas where we have stayed. We also really enjoyed the rooftop pool. The first night was the best, with live music playing at the local waterhole below, it was a beautiful atmosphere and the sunsets each night and rooptop view to the beach was awesome. The unit itself was very nice and updated. Would have liked the furniture (couches) to have been a bit more comfy, but the bedrooms and beds were great with ample space and beautiful decor.The kitchen was well stocked and we both cooked in and found wonderful restaurants nearby. Our favorite was George’s in nearby Alys Beach. Royal Destinations was proactive and professional, often checking on us and responsive to our needs. We did have to rent beach chairs separately from the reservation for $75/day. It would have been nice if the chairs had been included. It did seem as though other guests of Waterhouse had chairs automatically a part of their reservation. We would have liked a golf cart but didn’t want to add in the extra expense. The bikes included were great and we enjoyed using them, especially to ride to the Big Chill, which isn’t too far away. Overall, we loved our stay and even stayed an extra night. Thank you to the RD team for taking such good care of us and for the beautiful property! Highly recommend!

Comfortable and convenient

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay at WaterHouse 203. It's a beautiful condo - very comfortable, updated, and clean. The beach is literally just across 30A, with a cross walk. There is a little smoothie and pastry window, along with a wine and beer bar inside the main building. The rooftop pool is a good size, and we never felt that it was too crowded. It's not surrounded by a ton of shops or restaurants within walking distance, but they are a very easy bike ride away. We rented e-bikes for the week, on top of the two bikes provided with the condo. The beach service was great, and the private beach was never over-crowded during our stay. The only downside is the poor cell service within the condo itself. We had to step outside to make calls, even with the wifi working well inside the condo. Overall, we love this option on 30a for our 4-person family and would come back a third time!

Great Getaway Week

Best Condo I have ever stayed at!!

Property was fabulous!! Great location, across from beach, spacious, awesome roof top pool, close to everything! Cleanest rental I have ever stayed at. Loved the condo. Condo Management had great communication and responsiveness. Only suggestion to them is thoroughly check AC before guest arrival, as it was not working when we got there. But I will say management got someone out asap the day of check in and 2nd day it stopped working and got it fixed. They were great. Would definitely stay here again!!

Fabulous Condo

The private beach access was just across the street and allowed us to stay in the peak of summer with a beach not jammed packed. Great condo

The condo and location were great! It was a vey nice place. Super convenient to the beach across the street. Overall we loved the place. The hot tub was not working correctly. It was too hot for any of us to enjoy. The jets also wouldn’t stay on. We were pretty bummed out about the hot tub not working.

Gorgeous beach, beautiful condo

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Waterhouse #203 and had a terrific week on the beach. The condo is lovely and access to beach is just perfect. We probably won't stay here again though for two reasons: (1) The WiFi is very unreliable for work purposes or just researching local activities. (2) The area doesn't have accessible businesses, like ice cream shops, restaurants or seafood markets. There are some places in Rosemary Beach, but they cater to a wealthier clientele. Otherwise, you have to drive into neighboring towns.

Beautiful condo

I was there with 4 other ladies for a girls getaway. The pictures on line were inaccurate, it must have been another unit, but our unit was even more beautiful than that on line so no complaints there. The property was immaculate and beautifully decorated and incredibly spacious. The beds are so comfortable and the amenities such as pool, bikes and beach umbrella/chairs were also a plus. The only problem was the pool code changed while we were there and the door locked on us before checkout, however everything else was perfect! Will definitely be staying again.

Fabulous condo, convenient to everything.

2nd time to stay at this property. Very convenient to everything. Great pool on the top floor and beach is a simple walk across the street. Condo looked as if it had been recently updated. Absolutely loved it.

Fun at Waterhouse 203

This is our second year to stay at this property and we love it! It’s beautiful and comfortable and so convenient to the beach and all the great restaurants!! The folks with Royal Destinations are incredible...they respond immediately to all calls and they act on any issues you have in real time. I love this beach and property so much we’ve already decided to return again next summer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was in good shape. Cleaning crew does not clean throughly. The dust on the fans were thick. You could tell they had not been dusted in a long time. Windows and bathrooms had dust. The furniture looked like it hadn’t been dusted either. The inside of the fridge was not wiped down either. Trash can completely came off the hinges. Management came and fixed it but he said it was a temporary fix. That should be looked at again. I noticed littleThings like the lights in the cubbies above the cabinets were missing pieces. Overall we loved our stay and the location! We would Stay there again. It was spacious and we didn’t feel cramped up with our family of 7. I would recommend getting with the cleaning crew to make sure they are doing there job properly. They definitely are cutting corners.
