Nestled in the exclusive Treetops neighborhood of Inlet Beach, Mia's Beach House is a stunning 2,553 sq. ft. newly constructed vacation home that flawlessly blends luxury with functionality. Set within a gated community offering direct beach access and a community pool, this custom beach retreat spans three levels of meticulously crafted living space.

Step inside and be greeted by European hardwood floors and elegant cypress accent ceilings. The first floor features soaring 10-foot ceilings, setting the stage for two spacious bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bath.

Ascend to the second floor, where the ceiling rises to 12 feet, creating a bright and open atmosphere, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The centerpiece of the home is a gourmet kitchen outfitted with top-of-the-line Thermador appliances, custom cabinetry, and a large island with a waterfall edge. Family spring break

We loved staying here! We could bike to everywhere we needed to go. Lots of restaurants and shopping. So much to do for all ages. The property was absolutely gorgeous and extremely clean. Had such a wonderful time with my family and would definitely come again.

Beautiful property, private off-beat location

We enjoyed staying here, highly recommended. Brand new construction, beautiful and modern. Located in “Tree Top” with an easement through Seaside, this property is technically NOT in Seaside, so there is no access to the seaside pools… something to be aware of. But you CAN access the beach at Seaside. Not a huge deal since there is a small community pool in Tree Top.

The epitome of elegance

My jaw dropped from the moment we pulled up to the home. We're in the process of building a home right now and I intend on mirroring the decor and the entire kitchen based on this beautiful home. It's three floors of what I felt was tranquility, comfort, and cleanliness. The ONLY issue we had was that the WiFi password was incorrect and we never received the right one. But that was literally the only hiccup at all. In fact, we didn't even care because we tried to be on our phones as little as possible anyways. The balconies are fabulous. The first morning I woke up in the extremely soft and comfortable master suite, it was pouring which was PERFECT! Just to crack open the balcony door a bit and hear and smell the rain was such a perfect way to begin our relaxing vacation. We walked to the shops in Rosemary Beach (about a 25 min walk) and it's the cutest area I've ever visited (I would say it rivals Hilton Head). Think Amsterdam meets the beach. Everything is a little slower in Rosemary Beach and that's exactly why we'll return. Thank you so much to the owner and the property management team for a wonderful experience that we'll never forget.
