Evadez-vous dans cette maison de trois chambres et trois salles de bains rénovée située dans les cottages Magnolia à Seacrest Beach. Cette maison est l’une des zones les plus proches de la plage avec seulement 2 minutes à pied de la plage (accès privé) et de la piscine communautaire. Magnolia Cottages est un beau quartier calme et pavé de briques à seulement 3 km à l'ouest des restaurants et des boutiques de Rosemary Beach et à 8 km du bord de mer. Le quartier est adjacent à la piste cyclable et à la promenade en bord de mer de 30 km de la route panoramique 30A.

The Best of 30A

We thoroughly enjoyed Sandpiper - it is the best of the places we've stayed in the Magnolia Cottages neighborhood. We love the screened porch for relaxing and the Master suite is perfect when guests have different bedtimes. The home is well-maintained and the kitchen is well-stocked. It's only a 2-minute walk to the beach, and the pool is clean and only a minute away. Highly recommended!

We loved this house. Was perfect for our family. Great location next to beach and near other neighborhoods good for shopping and eating. Was disappointed in beach rules. We had easy access to the beach but were told we had to walk down the beach and sit in a very crowded public beach area. Everything else was great!!

Great Location, nice house!

Beautiful home in a nice community with a pool and beach access. The cleaning fee is excessive as the house was dirty when we arrived. We spent our first hour cleaning the refrigerator and sweeping sand out of two bedrooms. We have stayed in this community many times and is the only downside. We will return.

Great location

The house location was a very close to the beach, which we loved. The pool was nice, but a little small and became very crowded in the afternoons. The home was perfect for our family of 4, however I agree with the prior review that this home needs a deep cleaning. The floors were not cleaned well, the light switches were filthy and when I lifted a sofa cushion to look for something, there were a years worth of crumbs under there. Also the trundle bed appeared to have dirty linens. The home itself is nice, but the cleaning service should be fired.

Love this location!

We love this location and the proximity to the beach of this party house was wonderful! There are a few things that could be improved. It’s advertised that it sleeps 7 and it does but when showering the water turned cold after the third person. That was a little tricky with 5 needing to shower. The kitchen didn’t quite have the supplies that other houses in that area have had. It wasn’t a huge deal but we did have to buy things that I would have brought if I’d known. Overall we enjoyed our stay and absolutely love the screened in porch!!

Sandpiper

Sandpiper is conveniently located to the beach and pool and in the 30A area. We had a great time. I would say the house needs a DEEP clean and organization. There are several things that need fixing in the house. The shower curtain in the downstairs bedroom continues to fall down, several of the breakfast table chairs need to be tightened and the refrigerator was on the fritz the week we were at the beach. For the cost of the house for a week I think these improvements would make for a better stay.

Excellent, except for one maintenance issue

We love staying in this area and the house was absolutely perfect for our needs. Everything was as expected. The only concern is that the lock on the door from the house to the screened porch did not work, which meant the house was unlocked and accessible to anyone. I notified the property owners twice. They said they would send a maintenance tech but that person never came or if they did, they didn’t fix the issue. The entire trip I was worried my valuables were at risk. It did put a damper on the overall experience which is why I am rating this a 4 j stead of a 5. That said, we didn’t experience any other issues and would 100% return to this neighborhood.

Stay clear of this property management company

The house was ok but the property management was a nightmare. The house is relatively clean and close to the beach. It has absolutely nothing in it you would expect for the price point. Very bare bones and basic. Not a single spice. The kitchen supplies are worn and in poor condition. The house has obvious signs of wear and tear throughout which will come back to haunt me later…The property management team was AWFUL. I had inquired about paying for a late check out since I saw the house was not booked following us and they responded immediately with no and to tell me I signed a contract and should know better. No effort or consideration. I respond back that I found the lack of customer service to be surprising. It’s ok if the answer is “no” but it was clear they did not care to accommodate. It’s something I would have liked to know prior to booking and I said I would relay this in my review. We check out and suddenly a few hours later have some charges for “damages” that we absolutely did not do and were previously there. A crack in a fridge drawer that did not affect functionality and the knob in the room with bunk beds would pop off when used, but was also functional when you put it back. They claimed that since I did not tell them of these things being like this, it was my fault and my responsibility to pay to fix. I felt like this was retaliatory to my stating I would share my poor customer service experience. Beware booking with this dishonest company!!
Pictures from the company. The knob has been removed, but the knob will pop back on the peg. The knob was intact when I left and only popped off when pushed in hard to use dimmer.
The “crack” they are attributing to our use in one of the drawers. This crack was pre existing but I can’t prove otherwise bc who would complain about this in a rental when it is otherwise functional.

We loved the cottage (altho the furniture is less than comfy and a dog lives here, based on the dog hair bunnies and the seat of my black sweatpants). The real downer is that the cottage right next door is going thru a large rehab and there was construction noise and vehicles every day starting at 7 am. The portajohn is on the corner of the front yard and smells bad and is used all day by the workers on this site and two others nearby. I know that the owners cannot control their neighbors' construction schedules. It just would have been nice to know ahead of time. By the way, the giant truck picks up the dumpster next door (2 feet from the lovely front porch) at 5:45 am. The management company was not great. The codes for the beach gate and pool did not work and had to be reset, which happened in a couple hours. The pool was out of service for ten days, and the management company never informed me it was open again (I figured it out when the "pool closed" sign was removed).

Our stay at Sandpiper

Sandpiper is in a beautiful neighborhood with the beach right across the street. The cottage is cute but it has many things under the surface that need to be cleaned/maintained. Firstly the lock from the patio to the master bedroom was broken and wouldn't lock. We contacted the property agency and they sent someone out to look at it. It ended up needing a new lock so they had to send a locksmith. This was surprising since obviously the lock was broken before we arrived. We spent two nights with no lock before it was repaired. The property was only cleaned at the surface: i.e. there was caked on food around the stove and old food remnants in the dishwasher. We had several roaches run on the kitchen counter (gross). There was a bottle cap and small pieces of trash under one of the beds. Both grills were disgusting and hadn't been cleaned in a while. There was leftover food remnants and old charcoal dust left in the grills. It wasn't our job to clean them so we had to call the property agency to come and clean the grills. After they came to clean them, we tried to use the gas grill but it was out of propane. You would think that these things would have been checked and cleaned and the gas replenished but that wasn't the case. There was one thing after the other that we had complaints about. These things should be maintained/ cleaned after each stay. These are things that can put a damper on one's stay and this is the reason I am leaving a negative review. If the property rental team would put more time and effort in the cleanliness and maintenance to the place then it could be wonderful.

Perfect Stay

Great house and location. If you're traveling with younger family the property has easy beach access. Also well located for bike rentals and restaurants. We really enjoyed staying here.

Great House

We loved the house, it's great for a family. the balcony on the second floor from the master bedroom was great. The grill outside. the only downside was the stairs to go to the beach specially when you have kids and a lot of stuff to carry. Overall loved it.

Good location, nice amenities, and well worth it.

The location was perfect for what we were looking for. It is set in a community back from busy 30A, but it is one of the closer houses to the beach. It's about a 3 minute walk to the beach (including 50 steps down to the beach). We were able to ride bikes to Rosemary beach in about 15 minute travel time moving pretty slow. Seaside was about a 15 minute car ride defending on traffic. The pool in the neighborhood was also a nice addition and was best in the mornings when the pool wa shaded. The house had a great setup with a bathroom and shower available for each bedroom. The front porch was used for early morning and late afternoon relaxing. It was nice to have a washer and dryer and an outside shower to rinse off after coming in from the beach. The house did need some attention. The front window was cracked and held together with tape, and several utensils were broken. The blender was also broken, but with some very careful handling it was useable. These were only minor things we noticed and didn't really bother us. I would recommend setting up chairs on the beach as early as possible if you want an unobstructed view, otherwise it gets crowded early since the area on the beach for the neighborhood is small and in between two private areas (the private areas are for the beach front condos, chairs are set up each day on the private beach but never used). I would recommend staying here and would stay here again.

We apologize the window was not fixed during your stay however it was on order and has been repaired. Family and Friends Weekend Getaway

Invited a friend and her son to join our family on a weekend beach trip. The home was perfect for our crew (3 adults and 2 four year olds). The home is beautiful and the accommodations were great. The home is situated within walking distance to the beach and the pool. The first day at the beach was amazing, but it was a relief to have access to the pool the following day. We made use of the porch to allow the kids to get out of the house. They were able to eat their lunch and play while the adults took turns prepping for the next activity. We Loved this home for our trip, and would recommend it to other young families looking for a relaxing and fun getaway.
