This beautifully presented holiday home is designed with family enjoyment in mind, featuring a master chefâs kitchen, hotel-style bedroom presentation, ample living and dining spaces, and private rear decking that wraps around the pool and spa. Perfect for accommodating up to 10 guests, this retreat is conveniently close to some of the best beaches.
The Kitchen and Living Room:
This home boasts numerous interactive living spaces that flow seamlessly through glass doors to the stunning poolside area. The living areas are adorned with timber floors and high-quality decor, highlighting a spacious open-plan living and dining area. The space is complemented by a cozy wood Coonara, wide-screen smart TVs, and split-system heating and cooling. Additionally, there is a versatile rumpus room featuring a wide-screen TV, an open fireplace, a substantial bar with stools, and comfortable seating. The large central kitchen offers ample bench space, an island with seating, electric cooking, a dishwasher, and a beautiful dining setting, ideal for family gatherings.
The Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
The property includes four elegantly presented bedrooms that comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The master bedroom features a full ensuite and a walk-in robe, while the spacious family bathroom includes a luxurious deep bath and an oversized shower. A third toilet is conveniently located in the laundry.
Outside:
Located just minutes from the charming Balnarring shopping village, this holiday home is also close to some of the peninsulaâs most stunning beaches along the Westernport coastline. The area boasts world-class wineries, golf courses, and scenic bush walks. The house features a fully fenced rear yard, driveway parking for three cars, and is situated on a quiet, no-through road.

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.
Strictly No parties
This property does not accept hens or bucksâ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.
If you wish to book this property between schoolies dates -November 24th â December 10th, please call Getaway Property Management to discuss.

Pets permitted upon request
Please note that this property is patrolled by Coastcom security.
