Nestled near Balnarring, this sunlit holiday home offers a serene retreat with picturesque views of a landscaped garden. The spacious four-bedroom cottage accommodates up to ten guests and features a large deck for relaxation, surrounded by the soothing sounds of native birds.
Ideally located, it's just a short drive to the beach, Point Leo, Flinders, vineyards, restaurants, and golf courses, making it the perfect base to explore the Mornington Peninsula.
Accommodations for 10: Quality linen and professional cleaning services are provided, though we ask that you bring your beach towels.
Room 1: Queen room with ensuite and walk-in robe.
Room 2: Queen room.
Room 3: Twin single room.
Room 4: Twin bunk room.
Two bathrooms with separate toilets.
The kitchen has an electric oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, and a milk frother.
Living areas include a TV, DVD player, stereo, and record player, and a dining area featuring a sizeable eight-seater table and bar stools at the kitchen bench. Enjoy a cozy reading nook stocked with books and board games, as well as amenities like reverse-cycle air conditioning, heating, a ceiling fan, a wood heater with a fan, and Wi-Fi.
