Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home. There is plenty of off-street parking available on the driveway plus access to the double lockup garage.

No parking on the curb outside the neighbours please.



The Neighborhood:

Birtinya is a picturesque, family-friendly enclave in the enviable Kawana Waters suburb.

This new area represents some of the best the Sunshine Coast has on offer, and is full of luxury, modern homes and lots to see and do (should you wish to leave the comfort of your beautiful home-away-from-home and explore)!

The heart of Birtinya Town Centre is less than a 10-minute drive away should you need staples or fresh produce. You will also discover an array of trendy cafes, restaurants and sweet treats like gourmand gelato nearby.

Active guests can take full advantage of nearby parks, walking and running, bike ways and picnic spots by the lake. There is also the opportunity to hire boats or jet-skis for even more fun!



Getting Around:

We recommend driving around in your own car or a rental for the Birtinya, Broadwater area. Shops and attractions are a short drive away, and the beautiful beaches of the Sunshine Coast are well within reach for a visit or day trip!

- Please respect “no loud noises after 10pm”. This is non-negotiable, and this is not the home for anyone planning to drink throughout the night – We like our neighbours

- We require a copy of government ID (front and back) separate from Airbnb verification

- If you plan to bring your boat, please contact us for access and be aware of the size limitations of the lock

- A signed rental accommodation agreement and external deposit charged separately from Airbnb are required also to book this home

- Upon booking, you are agreeing to these requirements.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available for questions any time but we also like to leave guests to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere so if everything is going well during your stay then you might not hear from us all that much.
