Welcome to Harbourlights Hideaway, a spacious five-bedroom, three-bathroom waterfront holiday home in Pelican Waters, perfect for up to 10 guests. This tropical retreat offers spectacular canal views, ducted air conditioning throughout, two separate living areas, and an entertainerâs outdoor space with a large pool, undercover patio and canal views. Enjoy access to a private pontoon and kayaks, all just minutes from Golden Beach and Caloundraâs main street.
The Space:
From the moment you step inside, youâll be captivated by the homeâs sense of space, high ceilings and stunning canal outlook, with sweeping views across the pool and water creating a breathtaking backdrop. The property offers two separate living areas, each furnished with large, comfortable sofas and smart TVs, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax.
The open-plan kitchen is a standout, offering generous bench space and a servery window opening directly to the entertaining and pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, including a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, gas cooktop, microwave and coffee pod machine, as well as a walk-in pantry. The kitchen flows seamlessly into an entertainerâs dream, straight outside to the outdoor dining for eight and a BBQ, or inside to the dining setting for six.
Outside, the generous grassy backyard offers plenty of room for children to play, while a firepit (BYO firewood) creates the perfect setting for cosy winter evenings. The outdoor entertaining area overlooks the large pool, creating a true holiday oasis, with a pontoon where guests can also enjoy using the provided kayaks to explore the canals. At the front of the home, the whole family can enjoy the basketball hoop and additional open space for kids to run around, with Porter Park just a short walk away with a playground. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat or jet ski and make use of the private pontoon, with canal access leading out to Pumicestone Passage. The Golden Beach boat ramp is the closest launch point. Please note that the canal is not fenced, with direct step access from the backyard.

Plus a 2-minute drive from the start of Golden Beach, which stretches along the Pumicestone Passage with calm waters perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle-boarding, and boating, as well as several playgrounds along the shoreline. In 4 minutes, you can reach Golden Beach's main street, where a selection of charming cafes and restaurants awaits. An 8-minute drive will take you to Caloundra's bustling main street, offering a wide variety of restaurants, boutiques, and cafĂ©s.

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations.
