Perfectly positioned in the heart of the city - The Emporium and Melbourne Central shopping within minutes - you wonât find a more central location. Over two levels, this apartment provides all home comforts plus secure parking for one small car.
City Views & Luxury in a Historic Melbourne Gem
Enjoy our winter discounts! Winter in Melbourne is a delightful experience, especially if youâre ready to embrace the cooler weather. With plenty of indoor and outdoor activities, Melbourne offers a cozy escape during the winter months. Explore theaters, museums, and warm up with hearty meals at restaurants and bars. Don't forget the footy!
Coming to Melbourne for shopping or to see the sights? Then look no further. This two-storey apartment is perfectly positioned close to all the historical beauty Melbourne has on offer. Located in a historical building itself, youâll enjoy sweeping views of the city, comfortable bedding and spacious kitchen and living.
Entrance level:
Both bedrooms are located on the first level, thereâs a master with queen bed with split system and ensuite, and a double bed in the second bedroom.
Thereâs also a large full-sized bathroom with shower and bath and a balcony off the master bedroom. We provide a small amount of body and bath products to get you started on your stay and all linen and towels are provided.
Walk upstairs to an expansive open plan living and dining with full kitchen. Thereâs gorgeous sun light that streams through the large glass windows and you can enjoy city views as you enjoy some fresh air on the balcony. Thereâs a small table and chairs plus BBQ, with views across to the State Library.
Thereâs heating/cooling and full-size kitchen which includes microwave, pots, pans & cooking utensils should you want to break from the mecca of food options surrounding the apartment.
The apartment also includes washing machine and dryer, free wifi and a parking space (2m clearance suited for smaller cars only).
With home comforts, city views and quite possibly the most central CBD location in Melbourne (with parking!), this apartment offers value, proximity and charm.
Please note:
This apartment is located in one of the older and iconic apartment buildings of Melbourne. Due to its age, it has single-glazed windows which means that you can often hear the hum of street noise below.
Please ensure your booking has the correct number of guests listed to avoid a call out fee for extras, as linen and amenities are supplied based on this number. One towel per guest, plus starter pack of toilet paper, bathroom amenities and basic kitchen supplies are included to get you started on your stay! If you are staying for more than a few days please bring your additional requirements.
Please note:
The minimum age of guests is 25 and over unless dependent's of the booking holder.
This property is going through some upgrades at present.
No groups, visitors or parties.

- Body corporate rules and restrictions apply. We are not responsible for any changes, building works or facility closures that are our out of our control.
- Guests must be 25+ unless they are the dependents of the booking holder.
- Unfortunately guest limits apply. This means no groups, parties, gatherings or unregistered visitors.
- No one wants to pay $350 for smoking inside the property. That's what it costs us to clean it if you do! Please ensure no smoking takes place inside the property and no evidence of smoking waste remains.
- The morning you vacate please wash up your dishes and put them away, or run a cycle of the dishwasher.
- Please put your waste in the bins outside. We understand sometimes these are left full on your arrival... If that's the case please let us know. Additional waste or removal charges apply if we are charged by the cleaners and no one wants to pay for someone else's rubbish!
- Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm and silenced by midnight to avoid complaints.
- Should something require repairs or maintenance during your stay, please let us know ASAP so we can assist with troubleshooting and tradespeople if required. We are here to help! Should a call out be required, we will arrange that with the appropriate tradesperson and yourself directly to minimise any inconvenience to you during your stay. Unfortunately if there are issues found to be operator error or damage caused by the user, the cost will be passed on as would be the case in any short stay / hotel accommodation.
- ID is required to place your booking with us.
- We understand accidents happen but please let us know when they do. - Any breakages are charged at fair replacement value to you so please take care with our things.
- Keys and locks are expensive to replace. Please take care with the keys to avoid a $250 replacement charge.
-We love our pets too but our properties are pet free except for assistance animals unless otherwise advertised.
- Please leave the property as you found it :)
- Please turn off the AC when you go out.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times. We would love to be able to offer early check in or late check out but properties need to be cleaned and restocked between bookings.
- Please donât rearrange the furniture. We don't want you hurting yourselves.
- Lost property retrieval fee $45 plus postage.
And it goes without saying that no illegal substances or activities are allowed on the premises.
