Sleek and sophisticated yet having the flavour and inclusions of a home, you’ll appreciate this delightful apartment. The quiet but central inner-city pad is beautifully kitted out with up-market touches, has a clever floor plan and is in the best location with spectacular Sydney skyline views. Bathed in sun and framed by lush gardens, it’s set in an iconic Sydney landmark building, in a secure complex that houses a 25m heated pool and gym.
Modernity and sophistication combine within this appealing second floor apartment. With views of the city skyline, you’ll love sitting out on one of the two balconies for sundowners, just as the owners do. Their home is your home for the length of your stay.
On entry into this split level apartment, the spacious dining and living area welcome you. The renovated gourmet fully equipped kitchen is fully equipped, spices and all. Artworks and designer furnishings add character and warmth, and the backdrop is a pure tonic of greenery. Mirrors and clever reflective cabinetry bounce the abundant natural light around the room, adding visual depth and space. Lovely decor, a TV and free WiFi, heating and air conditioning: they tick all the comfort and convenience boxes.
Up only a few stairs is the second bedroom/office, housing a Queen size bed and a built-in office desk, with AC and wardrobe space. Also on this level is a second full bathroom with shower and a built-in laundry washing machine and dryer.
On the second level is the Queen master bedroom with more of those expansive views, a walk-in robe and newly renovated ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking jacuzzi bathtub and walk in shower. Head to toe tiles provide a feeling of luxury.
