Located in a quiet neighborhood which borders the gorgeous, park-like northern border of the Matanzas River, the home is only a short walk to the riverfront park, convenient to dozens of restaurants and stores, and a 5 mile drive from historic St. Augustine and the beach! This home features three bedrooms, open kitchen and living space, and indoor and outdoor dining with pool views in a tranquil outdoor space. Bring your boat along to put in at the park just down the neighborhood street for a day of fishing a sightseeing along the beautiful St. Augustine waterways and inlets.

This vacation home has been thoughtfully furnished and equipped for every convenience and comfort of guests. Cook up breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy a poolside cup of morning coffee before heading out for a jaunt on the river or taking in an attraction in the Old City. Soak in some sunshine at the beach or on the deck of your private pool. Grill out poolside in the lazy afternoon or just pick up dinner from one of the numerous nearby restaurants before kicking back to watch a family movie on the cozy sectional. Bedrooms are outfitted with fresh crisp linens and bathrooms with soft white towels and bathroom amenities.

***Note: The pool heater season is from November 1st - April 15th. Pool heat is available upon request. Pool heat must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. Please inquire for pool heat fees. Depending on the weather conditions, the pool may not hit the set point of the heater. Please note, when night temperatures go below 50 degrees the heater cannot operate effectively. 25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.

No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
