Pool Home Pet Friendly No Breed/ Size Restrictions

This home is all about easy living—casual, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to be a haven for both humans and their beloved pets. The open floor plan includes a large living room, dining area, and a well-appointed country kitchen, creating a seamless flow throughout the main living spaces.

One of the standout features of this home is the air-conditioned lanai, an ideal spot for enjoying the outdoors year-round without compromising comfort. Just beyond the lanai, you'll find a screened unheated swimming pool, providing a private oasis for cooling off during hot days or hosting poolside gatherings. Please note that the pool is professionally maintained and cleaned once per week by a certified pool service company. While every effort is made to keep the pool in pristine condition, you may notice a few leaves or minor debris that occasionally make their way into the water due to inclement weather or wind.
Rest assured, the pool is regularly serviced and remains clean and safe for swimming.
If you would like to request an additional cleaning during your stay, and if the pool service is available to accommodate the request, a $100 service charge will apply.

The property is surrounded by a fully fenced yard, offering privacy and security. This outdoor space is perfect for dog owners, as it provides plenty of room for pets to roam and play safely. And let's not forget about the tropical garden where you will find banana trees, papaya trees and many other fruit trees making it a haven for birds and butterflies. The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, offering a peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle. This tranquil setting, combined with the home's welcoming and functional design, makes it an ideal retreat for those seeking comfort, convenience, and a touch of outdoor luxury.

Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

PET RULES: There is a $200 pet fee for up to 2 dogs.
At no time may pets be on any furniture or beds. If pet hair is found on furniture, additional cleaning fees may apply.
You must pick up after your dog. If pet waste is found in the backyard, a $50 pet waste fee will be added to your stay.
There are no breed restrictions at this property 🙂Unattended pets must be crated. No cats allowed.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
