We had such a good stay. Nice and clean. The host was very nice, checked on us each day. The place was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
Place was perfect for a girls week away from home. Within walking distance to all the main attractions we wanted to check out. Quiet apartment building. Friendly neighbors.
Place reeked of pot. Charging docks to charge our very low phones did not work. Could not find the remote to tv. The couch was in such poor condition sitting on it would have been uncomfortable. We did not stay because we did not feel safe not having a charged phone. Just felt like unsafe situation.
My partner and I stayed here for two nights and had a great stay. The place was very clean, and the check in / check out process was easy. The location is fairly central and nearby to many things (especially once you take in the transit options of Lime, Uber, etc.). The AC also came in very handy since it was a bit of a heat wave the weekend we visited Columbus.
Absolutely loved this stay and will do again. Only issue was shower head, rain water shower only was hard for washing long hair and pressure was weak.
Other than that, it was the perfect place to crash f for a couple days. Easy check in and out. And convenient to so many locations.
Busted building & room access system. Elevator smells like Cheech & Chong's van.
First day was able to access door entry to the building with code provided, then stood at my room door for 30 minutes waiting for a new code to be provided to access my room because the provided code didn't work. Day 3 the door code was changed and I wasn't alerted, also saw other people struggling to get into building. I'm from Denver and pretty accustomed to the smell of marijuana in public places, but the elevator smelled like Snoop and Willie Nelson hotboxed it just prior to me entering it. Bunk door access and skunk elevator aroma.
This host is a bad communicator:
-They didnât send check-in information until the morning of the trip and only because I reminded them
-They sent the wrong door code for the main building entranceâI finally found the correct code buried in a Google doc peripheral they sent
-They sent a wrong door code for the internal apartment
-Theyâre supposed to have 24/7 customer service with 10min response time around the clock, but didnât respond for several hours. That meant I was stranded and had to find a different hotel room at 1am
Safety issue:
On the last morning of my stay, I discovered the host used the same code for multiple apartments in the building, meaning anyone with the code could have walked in at any time. This is dangerous and not a professional way to operate.
