Beach view was great, and beach access was a 50 yard walk, super close. We appreciated that the condo was well stocked with sundries that we didn't have to pack or buy. The condo manager was attentive and answered questions or concerns very quickly. Will definitely stay in this unit again.

Terrific condo, we will be back

We had a great stay. The place was clean and comfortable and modern. Literally 1 minute from the condo door to the sand. Such a great view from the balcony. Nice walks on the beach. Only issue was a faucet knob broke but the owner had someone up to fix it quickly!

Great location, beautiful view

We really enjoyed our stay here. Easy walk over to Harbor Village and along the strand to downtown for the Oceanside Sunset Market. We cooked steaks on the grill (which are cleaned daily), spent two solid days on the beach, swam in the pools, sat in the hot tub and enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony watching the surfers. With no a/c, it did stay a little warm even with the doors and windows open and a fan going, but it was August, so it was expected. Would stay here again.

Happy 25th anniversary stay

We wanted a special place to spend our 25th anniversary and we could not have chosen a more perfect place. An unobstructed view of the beach and ocean and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We happened to be there while they were working on the elevators so the climb up three flights of stairs was no fun but it did give us plenty of exercise. I would highly recommend the condo--just make sure the elevattors are working.

Hello Really great property and Randi is awesome! Just a few things you could fix: Would be great if you fixed your blinds and big door blinds. None of them worked. Also the paper towels stuffed in the one bedroom window were off putting. No sheets for pull out couch and not really a pullout couch? Salt and pepper are always good for rentals

Bait and switch DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

This is the worst host we ever rented from! DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT. Upon arrival we noticed that blinds were broken, shower was not clean, broken door knobs and broken siding screen door. It was a make shift shower curtain instead of the glass sliding doors pictured in the listing. Toilet paper and paper towels stuffed on the inside of the screen preventing leaks from rain. The location is near the bathrooms on the beach and so their is constant noise throughout the day and night. We saw homeless people sleeping on the beach totally ruining the ocean view. In addition to that, the beach that is within walking distance is full of rocks. We travel to San Diego every year and this was by far the worst place we stayed at. It was like the picture or description. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT RENT FROM THESE OWNERS. When I expressed my concerns, they responded by saying none of the issues were worth any type of rent adjustments.

Beautiful location and view

Perfect location and view. Ideal for parents with limited mobility. The only thing that could have made it better was some seating that was more accessible. The unit was clean, but could use a little TLC. All in all it was great and we would stay here again.

Nice property

Upon arrival the property had not been cleaned, but the property manager responded quickly and came and cleaned it herself. So we were delayed getting in. Also we were cleaning/ killing ants quite a bit. Other then that the property was really great. The view is amazing!!! We saw dolphins from our balcony as we drank coffee couldn't be better. So close to the beach and the property had lots to do for the kids. We fed ducks and coi fish, played ping pong, warmed up in the hot tub on the way back from beach days. All great. Very family friendly area. We cooked most of our meals and they had everything we needed except cookie/ baking pans (only muffin pans). Overall very good experience would stay again.

Fabulous Location Overlooking Beach and Oceanside Pier

Lovely accommodations, recently refreshed throughout. Great interior, clean, fresh, nice appliances and dinner/flat wear. Overall, I would definitely stay again. The views, overhead ceiling fans, and breeze make you feel like you're right on the beach.

Great stay, very nicely appointed condo with nice upgrades. Shower door in master needs to be replaced and some regular hight seating would be appreciated.

Convenient stay

I'm not sure how you can ever go wrong with this location. Right on the beach, walking distance to the pier and restaurants. Plenty to do on property with a few pools, ping pong, pool table, etc. There isn't AC, which I know is common, but an FYI if you aren't familiar with that fact. It cools down at night with the windows open. The reason I only gave this place 4 stars is the kitchen and floors weren't very clean when we arrived. The cleaning crew admitted they were short staffed, so I give them some grace as they felt rushed. Overall, we were glad to have stayed here!

Wonderful time away

Great oceanfront property, can't beat the constant sound of the ocean and proximity to the beach, just walk down the steps or take the elevator and literally go across the street to the beach. Sitting on the balcony watching the ocean is so relaxing. Very lovely condo with ceiling fans and tv's in both bedrooms is a huge plus. They do not have a ceiling fan in the living room however you can open the balcony door to let in the breeze. Secured garage for parking and close driving to harbor for food and shopping. Great location. Host was great and very responsive. Will be returning to this property again, very clean!

Wonderful property!

The photos do not do this property justice. Best unit in the community--right above the beach in the third floor. This is a unique location and the condo is super fresh, modern, and comfortable. I will be back.
