Condo was very clean. It was supplied with everything we needed for a nice relaxing beach vacation. Grounds were landscaped nicely and very lush. Good location to the beach and delicious restaurants within walking distance.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This corner unit is just how it looked in the pictures. Overlooks the pool and has an ocean view. Grounds are beautifully maintained and you feelLike you are in a tropical paradise. The unit was clean, came with many amenities and is within walking distance to the harbor, pier and downtown Oceanside!The negative was they were jackhammering the patio directly next to us all week, and also maintenance was being done throughout the grounds which included losing power and water. Although signs were posted, we were unaware until after we checked in.Overall, we loved the unit, location and would book again.

This place was so beautiful I felt safe, and like I was in Hawaii! It has everything you could want and need (I’m a single mom of three). They even provided beach toys and chairs! We were so happy and enjoyed every bit. Close to the beach, close to the pool (sat on the balcony and enjoyed the view with coffee), the pier and the harbor/town. 10/10 we’re definitely coming back and won’t stay anywhere else!

We had a great time! Beautiful place with gorgeous views of the ocean and tropical grounds. The unit is clean and we always saw maintenance workers cleaning daily and keeping up the property.

The condo is nicely updated and clean. It is close to the pool and beach and has a nice view. Unfortunately, we had a miserable stay.. We knew there was no AC but we did not know there was no screen on the sliding glass door. There was a huge mosquito issue in Oceanside during our stay. When we arrived we tried to leave the door open to cool down the space and within minutes we had multiple mosquitos flying around and biting me and my young children. The lack of screen was also a safety issue with young children. I called and spoke with someone at make my vacation, since you can’t actually speak to the owner. They said the owners have never had a screen because there’s no insect issues which was clearly not true this year. They said they would reach out to the owner but we never got a call back. In addition to that since the bedroom is right above the pool, it was too loud to leave the bedroom windows open at night until the pool closed while we tried to get our children to sleep and the lights from the pool shine into the bedroom all night. Black out curtains in the bedroom and a screen on the sliding glass door would help make things much more enjoyable for guests. We would not book again unfortunately

We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially while traveling with young children. Your suggestions regarding a sliding door screen and blackout curtains are thoughtful, and we will be sure to share them with the owner for consideration. We also appreciate your comments about the pool noise and lighting. The condo’s location near the pool is convenient for many guests, but we understand that it can be less ideal for families trying to settle young children in earlier in the evening. Nice place to stay and relax by the beach. Property has all the amenities; however, for the price I would expect spa and pool being cleaner. The unit doesn't have any shampoo or conditioner, which would be a bonus, especially whey paying that much. Next time, I think we would stay in luxury hotel considering how much money we spent to stay in this place. Overall, nice place, but far not the best compared to other places we have stayed. The expression You get what you pay isn't relevant in this case because we got far less for the money we paid. If it wasn't for the location right on the sand, we wouldn't even consider to come back. Communication with property manager was very pleasant and easy though.

We enjoyed the south facing balcony right over the pool. This allowed us to see how busy the pool was and we could time our swim. The weather was very humid, but several fans were helpful.I think the bathroom and tub would be very difficult for a person with a handicap to negotiate. There is definitely no room for a walker or wheelchair. And the stepover to get into the tub/shower was very difficult to enter...the edge of the tub was at least 30 inches high.We would definitely use this condo in the future. It was nicely appointed and convenient. But if you like coffee, bring your own Keurig for pods. The coffee maker there is for ground coffee and a pot.

Amazing location near the ocean side of the complex. The unit was really clean and felt roomy.There was a good amount of seating in the living room. Appliances worked well. The bed was a little stiff, but supportive. Having 2 windows in the master was nice to have a cross brease. The blackout blinds in the living room worked very well. I wish there was a set in the master bedroom, but there were nice plantation shuttersI was worried about the elevator noise since the unit is right next to it, but it was not an issue at all. The pool noise in the unit was a little much, but it is summer and a lot of people were at the pool. The unit could use some better quality floor fans; 2 were provided, but didn't work well. The master does have a nice ceiling fan.I really liked the unit and would stay again.
