We loved our stay in this unit. The unit was updated and nice. It was a little hot the week we went but there were plenty of fans so we were able to sleep.

Overall the stay here was a 10/10. From the seemless check in process - to the beach access & the heated pools and hot tubs this place really did have it all for us. Perfect walking distance to walk to the harbor or even stroll down to the oceanside pier. No complaints at all - the stay was exactly as advertised, very clean rooms and beds were comfortable. We hope to come back again soon!

The condo was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for the week. Access to the beach was easy and walking distance to downtown Oceanside made it easy to shop and eat out.

Perfect spring break for family

Lovely beach, pool, spa, workout room, friendly staff, clean, easy walk to restaurants and shops! Condo is comfortable, clean, quiet, and cozy. We all had a great trip.

Perfect place for family time

We had an excellent stay at the condo which was a great set up for our family of 4 and the security of the complex was outstanding. We felt safe and relaxed at all times. The views were outstanding as well and located close to great dining in the Harbor.

Oceanside Gem

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay in this oceanside gem. The property was great, and being essentially right on the beach made it awesome. Everything was as described in the listing. The view was peek-a-boo. The second floor balcony was nice if hot (no real shade). The guaranteed parking was great. We didn't actually use the pool but it looked very nice. the unit is facing inward to the property, towards the common courtyard area which is a huge plus. Units on the other side of the hall look out over the estuary which isn't all that nice. Kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked several meals. There was a laundry room, but you have to buy a card or set up an account. Cost is $5 per load, with an additional $5 deposit to buy a card or set up an account. So one load cost us $10, but two would be $15 and so on. So that was a bit unexpected but if you know, then fine.

The grounds are absolutely beautiful! Pool, hot tubs, BBQ area all awesome!! The condo was clean! However, no AC made our stay really uncomfortable. We had a fan inneverybdoor and window and it was still awful. Additionally, the bed was absolutely terrible, incredibly soft. It was like sleeping on a partially deflated air mattress! Due to this unit being on the top floor, it could stand to have a rolling luggage rack to get things from the parking garage, to the room easier. I did appreciate the beach chairs and the boogie boards for the beach, but a rolling wagon would have been helpful getting things to and from the beach. Overall our stay was great, but I definitely wish we would have researched more about the bed and no AC.
