Fully self-contained one bedroom space. You have the private use of the front part of the house with your own secure entrance with digital lock (the unit is self-catering although weekly cleans can be arranged for an extra fee).
The bedroom with attached ensuite has a very comfortable queen bed with supportive mattress. A portable cot is available however linen (for the cot) is not provided. (Maximum number of paying guests is 2).
Fully-equipped kitchen complete with fridge/freezer, combo small oven, full gas cook top, dishwasher and front loader washing machine and featuring a full leadlight door.
This is your own space to use however, as we live on site, we are available to answer questions or assist if required.
The Airbnb has a strict No Smoking and No Pets policy.
If the property is left in a poor state of cleanliness then a cleaning fee will be charged.

Good location and well presented property. Parking for a large car is a bit tight but manageable. No fly screens on windows so not able to get fresh air in apart from opening the front door. But overall a good place to stay.
