Well-appointed private room located in the heart of Deerfield Beach provides everything needed for a restful and relaxing stay. Approximately one mile away from beautiful Deerfield Beach and half that distance to the Intracoastal Waterway; it’s an easy walk to numerous restaurants, shops, a fitness center and grocery stores. A 10-minute drive on US 1 N will put you in the center of Boca Raton at picturesque Mizner Park. Uber and Lyft are always available.
Guest have private access to the room with own restroom and free parking provided.

We offer additional services such as pool heating, early check-ins, public parking passes, and much more through our online tourist portal.
Guests are not permitted to invite additional people onto the property. Please contact host for more details or to discuss flexibility of check in/checkout times.

Check-in time is 4pm / Check-out time is 11am.
Quiet hours 10pm-8am.
No unauthorized guests permitted.
No smoking inside the house ($750 fine)
No pets ($250 fine)

**House Rules**

We have created this house rules sheet to ensure that you can fully enjoy your stay in our Airbnb rental while also respecting the home and neighborhood. Following these rules will greatly help us as Vacation Rental hosts by making sure the home is taken care of during your stay. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding the items mentioned in this document.

We ask that you treat the property as if it was your own property. Please be aware of the condition of items in the house, and if you notice anything broken when you arrive, contact us to let us know. We also ask that you watch noise levels at night, as we have a close relationship with our neighbors and do not want to cause any problems. Please no loud music or disturbances. Noise ordinances for quiet time in the city/neighborhood are at 10pm, so please respect these rules. We want to mention that first so you are aware.

Children are welcome here! however - please keep your children safe. Home is not childproofed.

1. Check-in /Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. Unless otherwise authorized by the management company. We MUST have 24-hour notice for extensions of stay or you will be expected to vacate at the 11:00 am checkout time.
All areas of the property are for guest use unless locked and designated as Designedvr employees only. Not all garages are accessible or available for your use.

2. Guest Interaction: We love to meet and greet all guests. However, in the event that this is not possible we also offer self-check-in with a door code. We have the right to ask for ID, the credit card used for booking, or other forms of proof of identity and payment. We may also ask guests to present ID. Person traveling with guest will not be permitted on property before booking guest has arrived and is confirmed with ID.

3. Guest Access - All areas of the property are for guest use unless locked and designated as Designedvr employees only. Not all garages are accessible or available for your use.

4. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to the number indicated in the listing. It is very important that the maximum occupancy rule is not violated as this will be considered a breach of the reservation rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the booking.

5. Unauthorized Guests - Although we do not mind if you invite a friend or 2 over to visit, please do not have extra unauthorized guests stay the night or for extended periods of time. We do not allow unauthorized guests to sleep here. Please do not allow extra guests to sleep at the house unless previously agreed upon when you booked the rental. All overnight guests must be listed with the booking and any guests over 10 people limit incur a 50$ per night charge.

6. Parties or Events: We do not allow parties, loud gatherings or events of any sort to be held in the property. Only authorized guests are to be in the house and around the pool area. Music must be kept to a non-disturbing level. NO BIG EVENTS OR PARTIES! Please be sure that extra guests leave by 12am. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or the city. Please understand that any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will be an automatic forfeiture of your entire deposit and immediate vacation of the property.

7. Pets: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS! We do not allow pets of any sort. Any evidence of pets will be an automatic forfeiture of your damage deposit ($250 fine).

8. Smoking: There is to be NO SMOKING inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio (please utilize ashtrays - do not toss butts in the patio or grass) or outside of the home. Any evidence of smoking inside the home (ie smells of smoke, ashes, burns, etc) will be an automatic forfeiture of the entire damage deposit and an additional smoke remediation fee of $750 will be charged.

9. Trash: All trash are to be bagged and put in waste bins provided. You will find trash bags under the kitchen sink. When the trash can is full, please remove the trash bag and take it to the trash bins. Please make sure all small trash cans have a bag liner before putting trash inside.

10. Inspections: Property Management has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Should the guests violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be given. The guests waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The tenants shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.

11. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required to reserve the house. You will be required to submit payment using the payment link provided within 48 hrs before check-in. The deposit is in addition to the nightly rate and will be refunded in the same manner paid provided the following provisions are met:
*No damage is done to the unit or its contents
*All debris, rubbish, and trash are placed in trash cans and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. If the house is left excessively dirty and there is excessive trash left in the house, there will be an additional cleaning fee deducted from the deposit for the extra cleaning time. The guests will be notified immediately.
*No linens are missing, damaged, or excessively stained
*The Occupancy limit of the house is not exceeded at any time unless approved in writing in advance
*There are no police enforcement actions by the City or Homeowners /and items 4,5,6,7,8 and 9 are adhered to and there are no violations of house rules as posted in the house.

12. Check-out: Check-out time is at 11:00am unless a late check-out is purchased via the Tourist Portal (upon availability). Checking out by this time ensures that we have enough time to clean the place and get it ready for our next guest. Please text us when you leave so we can get the crew in asap. Also, be advised that failure to vacate on time may result in charging your deposit funds.

*When you check out, please make sure all doors are locked and secured, and that the house looks reasonably neat- like the way it was found. We do not expect you to scrub it clean it but it must be reasonably “picked up” and furniture placed as it was at check-in.
*Make sure to collect all personal belongings. Check all closets, drawers, washer/ dryer. We are not responsible for any items left behind.
Please see the checkout checklist and ensure it is complete before leaving.

13. Failure to Vacate: If you fail to vacate the property on or before the termination of this agreement, you shall pay for the period of your holdover a sum equal to 2 times the daily rate of your property or the maximum sum by state law. This will be charged via your deposit.

14. House Phone: There is no current landline in the home

15. A/C system: Please keep levels of a/c at appropriate temperatures. Keep doors and windows closed while in operation as humidity accumulation can cause freezing of units and disfunction.

16. Cable TV: There is no Cable TV in the house. No refunds shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, or personal preference with regard to TV service. All TV are ROKU as well or have a Roku device. You will need to use your own account to access Netflix and such services.

17. Internet/WIFI: High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. NO REFUND of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to Internet services.

18. Lost and Found: Valuable items left behind by guests will be held for the guest and every reasonable effort will be made to contact tenant for the return. After 6 months - items become property of owner. The owner will not be responsible for condition of said items.

19. Fireworks: Tenant agrees that there will be no use of fireworks anywhere on the property.

20. Home Use: Tenant shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc, shall cause termination of the agreement with no refund of rents or Deposits.

21. BBQ Grill (if applicable): **If you plan to use BBQ - please only do so if you are familiar with propane gas grills. If you need help or guidance please call management. This is to ensure your safety.**
Grill is in the backyard. It is propane heat. It is not covered fully and rain will get on it - so please cover after use. We ask that guests use foil and clean up grill after use including pouring out drip pan. We like to keep it in good shape for as long as possible and do not want to have a grease fire hazard. Absolutely disgusting, long-term infestations + dangerous chemicals dripping from AC, broken windows
Look up DesignedVR on Google for reviews before you think about giving this scammer money. This company is based in Israel and the host has never set foot on this property, nor does she speak English at all, she translates everything. Disgusting company, disgusting unit, the way the handled this was to keep us in the room the entire time and send videos of the thousands of worms coming out of the drains every day. I have nightmares about what I experienced here and got a parasitic infection from it plus bronchial issues. VRBO did absolutely nothing to help and we went 6 nights of not being able to take a shower. Had to wait around for people to come “fix” the issue 3 or 4 times. All of our plans had to be cancelled to deal with this. I’m filing a report with the BBB. I’m reporting them to the health department. And cannot wait to talk to VRBO now that they provided me a direct number to call a week after our booking. The amount of money and has I wasted by trusting VRBO and this “premiere host” is absurd!!! Katherine YOU ARE A DISHONEST, DISGRACE OF A PERSON. Shame on you. This literally ruined my entire trip plus more. All while I’m grieving my mom and dog dying and trying to de-stress. The host kept telling VRBO the issue was resolved when it never was and our ENTIRE trip was ruined because of this VRBO SWINDLER company. Wait til I post reviews with the hundreds of videos you made me take to diagnose an issue that is a long term infestation. Nasty!!!!!!!

Not a nice place. Not even enough toilet tissue. Very poor directions and poorly and mis marked so hard to find. Weird little neighborhood. Tiny and not comfortable.

Address was not entirely correct, no privacy for restroom use, coolant leak and loud AC unit was ill
The management was responding even in 2:30AM as we could not find out unit. We did request necessary details to enter and find the property for late arrival. None given just a signage on the address given "Not rental property, private residence, do not try to unlock door!" Took an extra hour to find. Paid can driver extra to help locate property. AC unit loud and made us coughing all night while sleeping in earbuds. We found the leak in the morning draining down window blinds and floor green coolant. The kitchenette was a table in a closet that you could not remove. All supplies 3 knives, one broken coffee cup one fine, one bowl and two plates in a dresser drawer. Did have refrigerator- working, tea pot-working, microwave. We slept for 4 hours and left the property from our first night stay of a 3 night reservation. We were in Florida for advanced education class for work. Three of us checked this property prior did not see any negative reviews and like all the pictures. The pool and shared yard was true. We asked manager to send a photo of there was a couch. They did send a nice photo and a different kitchenette shared photo that we agreed to. They had no space or the photos of couch and kitchen that we saw. I have plenty of pictures from our unit. Later after our poor experience and much correspondence with management not answering questions about couch, fixed the AC a day later after we left. They were friendly but not at all helpful with each situation presented. I have all texts. The restroom we did not shower because the blinds were broken in full open position. Anyone at the pool could walk around the fence and see in easily. It was unsafe feeling to us. After our horrible sleep and soar throats in the morning discovery of coolant and poor response with our evening and pictures management trying to get into condo. We lost faith in other complaints being served. Very dark hard to see doors for key codes are night. We used phone lights on property to find our way around. Later reading more about property we found many reviews stating very same complaints. They have weeks to a month to fix before our visit and did not comply. They offer 50% back to me. I told them if we are to be fair for both parties I should only pay for the 4 hour stay that night. Even though they are not honest about the stay we had. My first unsatisfactory stay with vacation by owner from over 15 different stays. ;(

Upon entering my unit, it had not been made up/cleaned. It took a while to have someone deliver clean sheets, etc.; but ALL was GOOD, the cleaning crew did a great job the next day, and Management was super responsive and accommodating. Lots of email correspondence and phone calls. THEY are very interested that they keep their customers happy. Thanks

The space features a queen size bed, private restroom and is equipped with a small refrigerator/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. A flat screen TV with cable offerings and high speed wifi are also included.
Guests staying at Sea&I are invited to share the pool and lounge chairs. Dine alfresco on the awning covered patio or enjoy a book or beverage in the comfortable Adirondack chairs. The office offers an array of travel items and complimentary access to the washer and dryer. Umbrella and beach chairs are also available.

Due Covid-19 only one unit/ house is able to enjoy at pool and jacuzzi at same time.
