Great spot in Kapaa right on water. As noted the unit does not have a/c, but has plenty of fans. Saw whales playing nearly each morning. Nice central location about 40 minutes to north beaches and 40 minutes south beaches. Had a blast hope to be back.

The view was beautiful, and the property manager was very helpful and easy to work with. The pool was nice…heated just enough that it wasn’t too cold. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a nice plus!The property listing specifies that there is no elevator. The third floor wasn’t a problem for us but it could be for others.We knew there was no air conditioning when we booked the unit. Unfortunately, the temperature and humidity level were both high, and it was a bit uncomfortable at times. I’m sure this isn’t the norm…the fans would likely keep the condo cool more often than not.

We typically rely on the ocean breeze with the windows open for a cross breeze and are happy to provide additional fans upon request. Beautiful ocean front

Great amenities pool, hot tub bbq lawn. No swimming in ocean front but enjoyed the lawn and shuffle board.

Great property, nice grounds! Clean and exactly as described. Nice breeze so didn't miss not having A/C. Awesome location, everything we needed was nearby or within walking distance. Would book this again!

Beautiful life on the beach

8 glorious nights on the beach, waves washing ashore. Sitting outside on the lanai capturing every moment. This 2 bedroom condo was wonderful. You could hear waves from your bed upstairs in the loft. Everything at your fingertips.
