Family/Friend Vaca

We choose this location due to proximity of coconut market and it being centralized to our excursions. I would recommend a new sofa sleeper, it was very uncomfortable. Some new cushions for the wicker furniture would be a great addition. Also having the bathrooms have hand soap and the kitchen with towels..

Lovely stay

Check in was easy. The beds were comfortable. The kids loved having access to the outrigger pools. The location was great, short distance to shopping and other amenities. Don’t forget to look in the closet for umbrellas and other complimentary beach stuff!When we left the housekeeper was happy to take our unopened food, so I was glad to not let it go to waste. Great communication from the manager Only downside was the curtains didn’t really block any light so we did have to buy our suction light blocking curtains or the kids were up at 5:30 am. But this was a minor thing. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location for family vacation

We enjoyed our stay in this villa for a week in December 2023. It’s so nice to walk beach to watch sunrise every morning and outside pools in the resort to be relaxed. Also, it’s very easy access to drive several areas such as Wailua River and Poipu Beach.

Great stay!

Check in was easy, beautiful property, easy communication with property manager. The only downfall was bringing our luggage up : flights of stairs, the couch sags in when sitting on it and the pull out bed needs to be replaced. Overall great location, awesome pool, would definitely stay here again !

Great experience and stay!

So impressed with hostess and amenities in unit! Had a couple hiccups during our stay but communication was fast and friendly and all resolved in quick time. Crystal was wonderful to work with and overall happy with everything about our stay. Would highly recommend and would book again! Mahalo for making our stay pleasant and thinking of even the small things that make a big difference when vacationing!

Right on the water

This condo was close to the airport (15 minutes) and downtown Lihue. The resort is about half a mile from the main road, so was nice and quiet and maybe 100 yards from the beach. The unit was clean and spacious with two bedrooms (three beds), and we enjoyed the pools at the neighboring Outrigger hotel. Would stay again!

Great location and resort is nice

Great location and the resort is nice. However, the place needs a deep clean and updating. Cushions had weird spots on them. I had to clean/wipe down when we arrived. We still enjoyed our vacation because it is Hawaii and I would come back. Hopefully next time it will be cleaner.

Perfect for Families!

My family loved this condo! Lots of space for them to spread out. The pools were great. Water slide was fun. Staff at the little snack/towel shack were so nice! Super convenient location - was pretty central to all the places we went. We would love to come back again in the future.

Stayed a little over 2 weeks

It made us feel like we lived there and hard to leave. Loved the amenities, pools, ocean, grilles. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay. We added two new boogie boards and a fishing pole to the closet. Mahalo

Convienent location in Kauai

The property is very centrally located on the island. Both the Condo pool area and the adjoining resort pool were nice. Beach is beautiful for sunrises, but isn’t a swim, surf beach, and warnings about man-o-war in the water there. If you plan to make meals in the condo I recommend BBQ as there are some older, pealing, pans in the kitchen. There was no dish soap, paper towels, or body wash so either purchase some or bring your own. The condo is a bit dated, beware of the dishwasher because the door latch is broken. Overall a nice, affordable, spot for a family or friends and family stay.

Aloha vacation

We had a nice stay— all the basic essentials were provided. Nothing “fancy”, it’s as pictured. Perfect for teen sons who no longer share beds! Great master, too, but we lived on the lanai! Crystal was quick to reply to questions prior to arriving— we didn’t need anything during our stay.

Lihue Vacation.

Very nice place to stay. Could it use some upgrades? Sure. But, compared to other places and cost this was a great stay. We had no issues. Unit was clean and it had everything you needed. Just know you cannot get in the water at this beach. To rocky and rough. But us a great beach to sit and walk on. All the pools are great. It is centrally located to mist everything. Short 5 min ride to the airport.

Family trip

Everything was fictional and worked but this unit is need of some repairs and updates. The Master bedroom mattress was comfortable but all other beds you could feel the springs in your back. The pull out bed sunk in at the bottom middle pretty bad. All the cabinets are in pretty bad shape and need to be replaced. And the counter tops have grout that is pretty dirty looking and paint that is flaking off and they need to be replaced as well. The whole apartment could use a new paint job as well. All the facilities at the resort were pretty nice though and we had a fun time.

Family stay for family reunion

I expected to have more family stay with us and that’s why we rented the double room condo. It just was my two young sons and myself, but the space was very clean and beautiful with a wonderful view. On the first night the lights in the hallway were out so it was hard to see, but that issue was taken care of by the next day. We had everything we could possibly need for cooking, the beach, and entertaining (if family came over) except for a can opener, but I borrowed it from other family staying in another condo. The amenities (mainly access to the pools) and ability to keep our own food in a large fridge were the highlight of our stay. Netflix and Disney were available for my kids and we felt safe and comfortable in the condo. The A/C and ability to control it in multiple areas of the condo was wonderful as well as the multiple balcony areas. The washer/dryer was also great. Thank you so much for allowing us to feel at home on vacation!

A Delight Start to Finish!

We booked this condo last-minute after a bunch of other vrbo owners tried to scam us with a bait-and-switch (so prevalent on vrbo and so frustrating). I was glad to connect with Crystal and find her condo available and just as described. I ended up paying more than I budgeted but the unit turned out to be perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 teen girls). LOCATION - I planned to stay up in Princeville but now that I've spent a week on the island I'm glad we were on the east coast between Kapaa and Lihue. There is a decent amount of traffic on that side but no road noise and no big deal. We found this area to be a perfect home base. AMENITIES - We loved the extra touches which are unexpected in a vrbo but so nice - Keurig, laundry basket and soap, beach chairs which MADE OUR STAY, great pillows, AC! My only "suggestions" are more spoons and a cooler for outings. Having a parking spot in front of our villa was awesome too... lugging our suitcases to the 3rd floor was rough but we did ok. The lanai was FAB every morning. CLEANLINESS - fabulous! As we fought to keep sand OUT of the condo all week I became all the more impressed with how clean the condo was when we checked in. The cleaning lady was a little grouchy when we arrived early for check-in so we left and came back at 3pm. RESORT - Wayne Properties UNDERSELLS how nice it is to have access to the resort next door. It's beautiful with gorgeous pools, live entertainment at night, a restaurant, and even a bit of beach.

Conference Stay

We needed a place to house my wife and I and 6 teens. This was perfect. We were close to the conference, and were not on top of each other. Access to the resort pool was awesome. Great place to stay.
