Hale Moana in Village Manor #E21 is a cozy, bright and airy second floor, two-bedroom, 1.5 bath, end unit with mountain views and distant peek-a-boo ocean in Kapaa Town. The central location on Kauai's eastern shore, easy walking distance to shops, grocery stores, beaches and restaurants make this Kauai beach side condo perfect for your holiday getaway. A great rental if you are looking for value and convenience.
Located next door to the Coconut Coast Beach, Coconut Market Place, along the coastal bike path and just steps from the beautiful Waipouli Coconut Grove, one of the largest coconut groves on the island where Hawaiian Royalty once went horseback riding through the coconut trees.
This second floor end unit with open living area, kitchen with breakfast bar, spacious countertop and table comes fully equipped with a Queen bed in the master bedroom with ensuite half bath and 2 Twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Sleeps up to 4.
The Living room offers a 50" Smart TV with Spectrum Cable channels. Complimentary high speed internet and WiFi is also available. Beach Gear provided includes: Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler.
Ceiling fans are located in both bedrooms and the open living area to circulate the cool ocean breezes. NO AC. The kitchen with new appliances is fully equipped with oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, electric kettle, coffee maker and other amenities for "home" meals. The main bathroom has an upgraded walk in shower.
Two lanais (front and back) located off of the living room and kitchen are great for morning coffee or tea. Enjoy the distant ocean and Coconut Grove views from the front lanai and distant ocean and mountain views from the back lanai!
