Nice accommodations and convenient location.

Condo was neat, clean and comfortable. Less than 5 minute walk from the beach and several restaurants and adult nightlife.

Great location & property

Plenty of space, so nice to have 3 beds and 3 bathrooms! Location was great and loved having designated & gated parking.

Great location- very walkable. Clean and spacious and very comfortable for a group! Clear and timely communication with management was appreciated. Will definitely book again when visiting San Diego !

Great Family Vacation Spot

Great location just steps to Pacific Beach. Easy onsite parking. Condo is spacious and well-equipped. Check-in and check-out super easy. Really appreciated the basic items provided - TP, paper towels, dish soap, etc. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location!

We stayed at this VRBO with our four young kids. It was the perfect location to the beach- less than a block away which made it nice with young kids. The house was clean and when we had an issue with something that needed repair the property management was easy to communicate with. It also had two parking spaces in a covered garage which was so nice to not have to look for parking. Overall, it was great! Would stay again!

Perfect vacation

We will definitely stay here again. This was such a well stocked condo. The condo was so roomy and the location is perfect. 5 minute walk to the beach. 5 minute walk to a wonderful well stocked Ralph’s down the street. Loved having the Gated garage with 2 spaces for both our cars. It has been a perfect week with our son and his family. We have stayed in many rentals over the years in the Dan Diego area and thus is definitely one of the best!

Location Location

This is a roomy condo in a perfect beach town location. Walking distance to beach, bay, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Accommodated our family of 5 and small dog wonderfully. We did have an issue with a broken AC unit and they ended up bringing 2 portable units to keep things cool. I would say the maintenance team moved a little slow, but we still enjoyed our stay.

Nice stay

The property was nice. However, the sheets and towels need to be replaced. The blinds on most of the windows do not work. Also, the elevator did not work going down from the second floor.

Picked the wrong location

We found the property to be as described with very nice bedrooms and bathrooms however I should have researched the neighborhood more thoroughly ie Younger perhaps surfer oriented not upscale at all! We also felt the management was intrusive with phone calls, text messages and emails. Didn’t appreciate being charged for a two hour earlier check-in that was offered to us not requested.

Bad experience, very disappointed

After you complete reservation with Vrbo , host send message that reservation is Not confirmed till you resign new contract , should be illegal fraud. The night we checked in was power shortage wasn’t big deal for us , in morning we try to leave car was parked in building structure and gate will not be open , try to reach management but no one will respond , not even emergency number , reached Vrbo after they verify that management don’t respond Vrbo gave number of owner , owner was in church and didn’t see any intention to contact management to repair gate in building.

My family of five, came to stay at this property for about a week in August.The check-in was a little rough, we never got a code that actually opened the door to the complex. When you put the address into the property, and come to the right place, there is a door with a digital code to put in. They never got that code the whole time we were staying there. We had to go through the side door, that is a bit more inconvenient. But ultimately it was fine. It worked. This area is very hip and active and noisy at night. I prefer a quiet place for our family. This is why they put warnings in the listing about being quiet in the evening. Friday night, around 8:30 p.m., our neighbor started lasting music. It was crazy loud!! We could hear the music throughout the condo. At 9:00 we called our property manager to find out what to do next. They told us to hang tight, that they were going to try to find the other property manager. They were incredibly helpful! They did contact the other property manager and by 10:00 p.m. The music was turned off. It was a super clean, comfortable place to stay. It's incredibly close to the beach.The vetting process to get into this property is pretty intense. I've stayed at probably 40 different properties over the years and all over the United States. This is the most intense procedure I've encountered. They really need to streamline that process.I hope they can fix that in the future.

Sooooooo close to the beach.

This rental was exactly what we needed. Was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, so was easy to come and go. The beds are comfortable, lots of pillow options. I agree with other reviews that furniture and paint could use a touch up, but it was all cosmetic and honestly didn’t bother us. Would definitely return.

San Diego Family Trip

Our children loved this property! It gave them the room they needed to "get away" from each other and the space to be together. The property was clean and the amenities were just what we needed. We have 5 kids ranging in ages from one to 13. It is about a 3-5 minute walk to the beach and close to many eateries. We will definitely be back!!!

All the amenities, great location. There were some things that could have been cleaner- mostly the carpet and bath mats, but overall we would stay here again

We absolutely loved our stay, we walked to the beach daily and had many dining options just a few feet away. Condo is spacious and fit our family of four and pet perfectly.

Great Location

This property was an excellent location… one block to the beach and lots of great restaurants (and grocery store) nearby. The parking was a bonus! The property was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well supplied. The staff was easy to connect with and checked in by phone to answer any questions. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely stay here again.

Pros: -Location is great just one block off the beach -Very spacious condo -Newer condo -Nancy’s Vacation Rental great! -Clean Cons/Recommendations: -Needs a new paint job; walls are very dirty -Pots, pans, and some utensils need replacement; almost unusable they are so gross -Get rid of the 20-yr old sound system -Towels had huge stains -Some furniture needs replacement (i.e. desk chair, night stands in master) -Overall, there is wear and tear due to the condo being a short-term rental that the owner is not keeping up with We would stay again or try another condo in the same complex.
