THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for a fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval.
-Unit does not have central air conditioning. Air conditioning is provided through a wall unit in living room that is remote control operated.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)
-Home is the front house of a multi-unit property. The pictured front patio is private and is for the exclusive use of this home. The other units are NOT attached to this home.
-Home is located on a busier surface street. Some noise can be heard. Please make sure you are comfortable with this before booking.
-In accordance with the local Short Term Rental Ordinance, this home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound). It is located in the main living area
