This beautiful 4 bedroom villa is located in one of the best locations in SW Cape Coral. Right on a wide intersection fresh water canal and the lanai/pool area has perfect south exposure, where you can enjoy the sun ALL day!

Being in the Pelican area, you're close to everything; the popular marinas, grocery stores and the bridge over to Ft Myers.

The lanai has a lovely pool, a hot tub and a spacious dining and lounge area.
The pool has electrical heating.

The villa has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a big living room and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

The living room is very spacious with a lot of space for everyone to just hang out and relax or watch TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and ice-maker, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside there is a gas BBQ-grill.

The villa also offers WIFI if you want to use your own computer, pad or smartphone.

Disappointing vacation rental

Property management was not responsive to my several repair requests (tel. call, email and text were all used).Many annoying issues were never addressed. Property was not properly cleaned. Poorly equipped kitchen.

Great stay, beautiful location!

This house was perfect for our family of 6 with teenage kids. The house was spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Nice big kitchen was great for eating in. We loved the pool and hot tub! Owners were quick to respond to all messages. Nice quiet neighborhood with grocery store just a half mile away.

Great pool area

This home is in a nice neighborhood, with great pool area and beautiful sunsets. We rented this house for 6 weeks, family came to visit for Spring Break, and the size of the home worked out well. We had a few issues when we first arrived, most were addressed by the rental agency. Know that the VRBO listing photos of the house are when everything was shiny and new. It needs some furniture and kitchen items replaced, and there is a car stored in the garage, so that is unusable. Overall this was a nice place to stay.

Cape Coral vacation

The house itself was perfect for a group of six however the pool and hot tub were freezing cold when we got there. It took a day and a half to warm up and directions were confusing. kids were very disappointed for the loss of swim time.

Family reunion

The house was very comfortable for four couples. We gathered to watch the super bowl with plenty of room. I was disappointed that the hot tub never seemed to heat up enough for us and there are no jets working. Our hope was to relax in it since we were visiting during the winter months. Also, we ran out of toilet paper, which was a problem for older adults. No dish washing soap was supplied only for the dishwasher, so we were not able to clean our pans. A couple of the beds were soft so when someone moved their partner was bounced around! These are minor issues that can be addressed easily. I would stay there again if I venture down to that area in Florida.

This is a nice house in a good area. It was a little dated and the sliding door needs work. But overall, it's was a great choice.

Great Potential

The house is beautiful, furniture is comfortable but needs arms redone on couch. Had issues with the pool, the heater timer was broke and couldn't get it working properly for days. The first pool guy didn't have a clue. A lady came over, fixed it and then it was perfect. The house has electrical issues, hopefully they are taking care of it now. It kept blowing the circuit breaker. Brian the maintenance tech was wonderful, he was very responsive and full of information. The house has plenty of room and comfortable beds. The neighbors are very nice and saw burrowing owls, iguana's and lots of birds in the canal. My experience and items of concern only made it better for the next group. I would recommend this house for a great vacation.

Great Stay

We had a great week! We had five teenagers who all enjoyed the pool, hottub, fishing and wildlife. Close to stores, beaches and restaurants ! Great communication between us and the property manager when we had questions. Definitely recommend

Stay during Christmas

The property was just what we needed. Was in a great location with plenty of room our kids loved the many animals that came around. The pool was nice and heated which was a plus. The only downfall is the communication of the the property manager and the way this property manager was. When I asked simple questions the responses were beyond rude. We rent out at least twice a year and have always had a signed contract when I asked about this I was told I could cancel and look elsewhere had it don’t been that we had issues finding a place around Christmas we would have canceled because of the property manager. Other than that our stay was great. If you want people to return you should treat them with respect.

Everything you need!

This home was everything we needed! Space, convenience, 12 minutes from the beach. Everything with the house was amazing! Just a few things the property manager need to make sure of: there was a rusty screw from the screen cover on the floor of the pool, the cable and internet wasn’t working at first, it said please make a payment. She said she would check on it and keep me posted but never got back to me on it to let me know they made the payment or that it should be available so we had to use our hotspots from our cell phones. The bathroom with the tub has a slow drain but the most concerning issue was that I was never emailed my check in info with the lock code. I was very concerned about this because the first time I called no one answered and I left a message but didn’t get a call back so after a little time I called again and was able to get the Key code to get in. I was nervous that I wouldn’t reach anyone. She said I should have received an email but I didn’t. If the property manager can make sure these things are properly addressed then everything would be flawless!!! I would definitely recommend this home for a vacation getaway!

This place is everything it is shown to be, We had fantastic time, and had a great place to lay our heads at night. This home is beautiful, and if ever I need a large home to stay in, this will be the one I would choose. Very highly recommended.
