Xanadu 12-B is an impressively spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo that sleeps 8 people with comfort to spare. What’s more, it’s only a 5-minute walk to the beach, and it’s in a complex that has a pool and tennis courts among its amenities.

Each of Xanadu 12-B’s bedrooms has its own bathroom with a combination shower/tub and plenty of storage. This will certainly make mornings and bedtimes much less hectic. It also makes the unit as well suited for 2 or 3 couples as it is for a family or 2. Along with a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV, the primary suite includes a private balcony.

The 2nd bedroom has its own balcony, along with a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, a sink, and tableware. Furnished with 2 full-size beds, the 3rd bedroom can sleep up to 4 people.

Xanadu 12-B’s living room easily accommodates everyone in your party with plenty of seating. Like 2 of the bedrooms, the living room opens onto a balcony, furnished with a bistro table and chairs, overlooking the complex’s lagoon and lush greenery.

The similarly roomy dining area includes a table for 6 and a breakfast bar that seats 2 more. On the other side of the bar is the galley kitchen. Appliances, cookware, tableware and ample counter space as well as generous storage.

The Xanadu Villas complex has an on-site pool and also private tennis courts for guests and owners use.

Thanks to the condo’s convenient location, you could leave your car in the lot for most, if not all, of your stay. Xanadu Villas’ beach access lets you stroll to the sugary white sands in just 5 minutes. Head out early in the morning to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic, a truly magical sight.

There’s plenty more to do just a short drive away: golf courses, dolphin- and whale-watching tours, Sea Pines Forest Preserve, the Coastal Discovery Museum… Across the bridge on the mainland are 2 huge outlet malls, and the charms of Savannah are only an hour away.
