Updated luxury vacation condo only steps to the beach. Wonderful two-bedroom condo with 2.5 Baths. Updated baths and nicely updated kitchen too. Walk right out the back door to the pool and walk out the front door to the ocean. Stainless steel appliances, brand new floors, new paint and new furniture thru out the condo. Master bedroom has a king size bed. Guest room has a queen, double & twin bunk bed with double and a twin and the living room has a fold out couch. Granite counters in the kitchen and updated bathroom makes this a wonderful vacation spot only steps to the beach. Smart TVs so you can stream everything you like. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. Condo sleeps 9 comfortably

Coligny shops and restaurants are only a few minutes away. There are over 60 shops and restaurants at Coligny, go enjoy a drink or pizza and wings at Frosty Frog Cafe or pick up groceries at one of the few remaining Piggly Wiggly stores or shop in local stores with a variety of items. You can walk to the Tiki Hut at the Holiday Inn Oceanfront or to Pool Bar Jims at The Sea Crest. Town of Hilton Head has built a new town park with a huge Pirate Ship playground for the kids too. Huge grass park and great playground all within a short walk of the condo.

Nicely updated property. 2 1/2 bathrooms were great. Digital deadbolt was a nice convenient feature to have as well. Great location.

Very cozy and great location- loved everything about the place. Wish we had a few extra toiletries and kitchen items but other then that no complaints!

HH cabanas

This is the second year we stayed at this cabana. My kids love it. It's a short walk to the beach and the cabana is close to many food options as well as coligny plaza.

Great proximity to the beach

Second year in this condo. Wish the cooling unit kept the upstairs cooler while downstairs was like a freezer. Will likely come back again next year.

Location is key

The location of this condo is its best attribute. Literally across the street from the beach access path, but far enough away from the “public” access walkway that the immediate area is never too crowded. The 5-10 minute walk to all of the Coligny Beach restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, playgrounds and beach rentals is great. Everything you need is within a short bike ride or walk. Bike/pedestrian paths go everywhere you could want to go which is essential for not using your vehicle. Entire family loved the location and kids loved the green space immediately outside the back patio, which allowed them to play under the palm trees. Pool/kiddie pool is only 45’ away from the back patio as well.

Hilton head cabana

Overall, this was a good stay. I like the cabanas, this is the second year we've stayed in them. (A different cabana each time). The only thing that would have made this cabana as good as the last was the check in/out process. The last one had a key code to get in and out. Then we didn't have to take an actual key to the ocean with us. And, because it was a key code, i didn't have to go to the main office to get the key. I also didn't know that I was supposed to return the key and I left it on the counter upon leaving.

Most relaxing vacation EVER

Nice clean property and pool! Short walk to beach, shops, and restaurants. We were initially concerned with holiday weekend overload of travelers, but it ended up being the most relaxing little getaway for our family. Enjoyed it thoroughly!

Great stay and location

Exterior of property could use some sprucing up. Interior has been remodeled very nicely. Modern appliances including washer/dryer. Furnishings /decor were clean. Could not get the Keuring to brew but that may have been user error. Lots of towels! Pool was nice and beach within walking distance. Would definitely stay again .
