Our 2 bedroom Wait N’ Sea! is the ultimate retreat, equipped with everything you could need. Enjoy jaw-dropping direct views of Biscayne Bay that will leave you in awe. With South Miami Beach just 3 miles away you can indulge in the sun and sand of Miami Beach, while still enjoying the energy of downtown Miami. It's the best of both worlds, giving you the ultimate Miami experience.
Located on the 10th floor and facing East, Wait N’ Sea! is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat. With over 1500 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Wait N’ Sea! accommodates a maximum of 5 adults plus children (15 years of age or younger), making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends.
As you step inside the luxury condo, you're greeted by the mesmerizing artwork of Jean-Michel Basquiat and the stunning blue hues of the Biscayne Bay sky. The living room area is cozy and inviting, featuring a large leather couch and a TV, as well as internet for all your entertainment needs.
The living room area flows into the dining area and kitchen, which boasts an open concept design. A huge kitchen island with a glass cooktop, modern style appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen await you. Additionally the Publix grocery store, located 1/2 block away, provides added convenience. The dining area offers stunning water views and gives the perfect setting for enjoying a meal with friends and family. You can catch up on your day's adventures while admiring the beautiful scenery.
The expansive living and dining area is complemented by floor-to-ceiling corner windows and sliding glass doors, which offer breathtaking water views of Biscayne Bay and Venetia Marina.
The Master bedroom makes the king bed look minuscule in comparison and offers ample space and storage for all your shopping and luggage needs. A safe is provided for your convenience to securely store your important belongings. The attached private master bathroom features a walk-in shower and a washer/dryer unit, ensuring that you don't have to bring any dirty laundry back home.
Adjacent to the master bedroom, there's a second full bathroom that can be accessed both from the bedroom and the hallway. This bathroom features a walk-in shower for added relaxation.
Located back near the entry, the 2nd bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed and 2 spacious walk-in closets, this bedroom also has cable TV for your entertainment. Although it doesn't have any windows due to its interior location, if you're looking for a quiet and dark space to catch up on sleep, this is the perfect bedroom for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of what has been paid thus far.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will result in a loss of the full booking amount.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 business days after the cancellation date or approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as State of Emergency orders for Florida (Miami-Dade county) . Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will gladly offer the option to change the dates of your reservation. You must notify us as soon as possible so we can assist in change of dates. No refunds will be given.
- In the event of flight cancellation there will be no refunds given.
Date Change Policy:
- If you wish to change your reservation dates, you may be allowed to do so, subject to availability and approval by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC.
- Date changes requested within 14 days of the original check-in date may incur additional fees of new dates pricing.

BUILDING RULES:
- Visitors are not allowed up to the condos for any length of stay. Only the registered guests staying will have access up to the condo. (Building rule we can not amend)
- THE MAX OCCUPANCY FOR THIS PROPERTY IS: 5 ADULTS + children (15 years of age or younger)
- If you arrive with more adults, it simply is not a building rule we, or the front desk, can amend. (City of Miami sets occupancy)
- Monthly bookings (28+ nights) are allowed visitors only.
- Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is, The Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves, but mainly residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment.
- We know you value your belongings, so don't leave them behind! We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense).
- No third party bookings unless agreed to by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC. Just let us know prior to booking if you're booking on behalf of others.
- There is no smoking of any kind permitted in our property. Smoking is only permitted if it's legal! and on the balcony with all doors tightly closed. Smoking detected within condo will result in loss of damage deposit.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay. This is totally out of our control, we will not give refunds for this situation, should it arise during your stay.
- Absolutely no pets are permitted. We are unable to amend this rule. We absolutely love animals! However, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals.
- Must be 21+ to book with us and check in.
- All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building. (Through security front desk, access to elevators, in from pool, and in/out of gym). This hand scan will be deleted from system at 11am on check out day.
- At check-in, you must present the credit card used during checkout, and it must match the name on the booking. Additionally, upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a form acknowledging your agreement to these charges and confirming that you will not dispute them after your stay. No exceptions will be made to this requirement.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during your stay at a property. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. There will be a hold placed the day of arrival on your payment method for $250.00 that will automatically be released 48 hours after check out if no damages or loss are found.
- By making a reservation, you agree to the booking terms, including payment processing and cancellation policies, as specified for each property.
AFTER BOOKING: (nightly rentals)
-Please attach a photo of a driver's license or passport for each adult, including yours for building registration. This is mandatory for us to register everyone properly and please don't cross anything off on ID or you'll need to resend.
VALET FEES:
Valet is the only available option. You have two choices: (Unlimited in/out privileges)
-Pay in advance daily valet for $42 PRIOR to your arrival day.
-Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.
