Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beachâs famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .
Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Pretty good stay for F1 weekend. We had a bit of a plumbing issue the first night but that was resolved the following day. The waitress in the restaurant was super helpful and courteous! The only downside being the morning of our check-out the guy that came to our room was very rude and it felt like we were being kicked out.
Location a few feet away from the beach and the view from our room made our stay. Very clean property and helpful staff. Will definitely get back soon!
Very nice place to Stay. Beach is super clean. Pool too. Staff is great. We didn't get the room we were supposed to but host found a solution and we finally had a nice room for the stay.
The property was not the one on the pictures. VRBO should not allow it. The property was not equipped at all. No oven pans, only 3 glasses, kitchen cabinets were just empty. However it was clean.
We were told that our room was not available when we arrived and were given a different room. This room was outdated, carpet was sticky and smelled like pets. The noise goes the
Rough the halls and walls of the building and went well best 1am. We were told that we would get compensation in the morning the manager arrived. When I met with the manager she differed me to VRBO to get this resolved. I have contacted them and itâs been a week with no response after they asked for the details of our issue.
Although this place is a good deal for the days we stayed, itâs worn out and needs updating. Furniture, bedding, walls look rough. Kitchen sink clogged and couldnât seem to get u clogged with engineers fixing. Missing key items to make this comfortable: kitchen soap, hand & dish soap; coffee filters; kitchen towels; dishwasher soap; hand soap in bathrooms; unit was hot in the master bedroom; no paper towels. Had to ask for everything via the front desk. The details were missed which would make this place great. Has gym but extremely limited hours, kind of bizarre. Front door deadbolt didnât work. Cable was lacking and no apps or smart tv.
The checkin process was easy. The complex and condo itself was tired and dated. The aircon was really noisy so bring earplugs. The kitchen was functional but we only used the dishwasher. No kitchen cleaning products were provided. The washing machine and dryer is down the hall and costs $5 for a charge card and $2 each for washing and drying. Minimum topup is $10. The location is ok. There's a free trolley the runs up and down Collin's Ave which is handy. Urbers are easy too and never too far away. The beds were not very comfortable and you felt your partners every movement. The shower had ok pressure. The pool was ok. Overall we enjoyed our stay but we'd probably stay somewhere else next time.
I'm disappointed that when I booked way back in November I made a point of contacting the owner to make sure the unit I was renting was the same as the picture. The person I spoke to assured me it was. Upon arrival the unit was NOT the one in the picture. There was also a deposit that wasn't mentioned at the time that I booked and paid for my rental. Deception and misleading customers isn't a great way to run a business
