Spacious for Families

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was great for 2 families, with the separated bedroom layout and kids bunk room. Great location on the golf course in a quiet culdesac. Downside was the hot tub was gross. We called and they sent someone over the next day but he couldn’t get the temp above 94 and it still was very cloudy so we didn’t use it. Bring your own toilet paper and paper towels it’s all very thin 1ply. Otherwise, great place and we’d stay again.

Les points forts : Arrivée, communication, emplacement
Unfortunately we had a mediocre stay at this Vrbo. The house itself is nice, but it's poorly maintained by the management company. We arrived to a broken hot tub, broken dryer, a collection of half-working appliances and broken utensils in the kitchen, and flickering lights in the bathrooms. The paper products, towels, and pillows are all the absolute cheapest options one could find—which makes for an uncomfortable stay given how much money you're spending. The management company was very responsive, but they were unable to fix any of the issues during our week at the house. We later learned that the hot tub had been broken for a while, which is something management could have alerted us and/or tried to fix before our arrival. On the plus side, the house is very close to the bus line that takes you directly to the mountain. It also has beautiful views out of the windows. It would be the prefect vacation home if it was better looked after by Mammoth Reservations Inc.

Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations this time. Unfortunately the hot tub experienced an issue during your stay, but this was not a previously known issue and it has been operating normally until now. Our team is currently working toward a permanent repair. We will also address your additional concerns with our team regarding the quality of supplies, and the broken utensils. The dryer has since been repaired. We do see that compensation was provided due to some of the amenities not being available during your stay. That said, we will certainly follow up on your other maintenance concerns to ensure the home provides a much better experience for future stays. Thank you, Mammoth Reservations

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gorgeous property. Absolutely baffling that they don't have a snow shovel on site, but that's really one of the only things we can complain about. Lots of space, bathrooms, very clean. Hottub was down when we were there which was disappointing.

Loved this very comfortable dog-friendly cabin

Had a wonderful stay here. The cabin was large, clean, and very comfortable. I hadn't realized when booking that all four bedrooms had their own bathrooms. Was really comfortable and convenient for 4 couples, and could easily fit more as the bunks were both doubles and there was a trundle. The hot tub was perfect after the ski day, and private. Plenty of towels, as well as basic toiletries. Bedrooms were quiet. We had a wonderful time.

Ski weekend

We had an excellent time at this townhouse. The unit was very clean and very nicely stocked. We had the whole family, adults and kids, and found that it worked well. Lots of firewood in the garage, every necessity in the kitchen, barbequed each night for dinner. The garage fit two cars easily and the driveway two more. Trash dumpster easy to find. Lots of hot water, and very nice linens. We will be back. THANK YOU !

Beautiful and functional but poor management

This is a lovely home and location but the jacuzzi was not working when we arrived. It was dirty and spitting water everywhere. We called management and they dismissed us as they were busy with other issues at their other locations. We also received a notice on the door that their electricity bill was overdue and would be cut off. After multiple calls and messages we received a nominal adjustment for our troubles.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was very disappointing. We have stayed in the timbers, solstice and graystone through mammoth reservations before and had a great experience. However, This unit had a broken dryer, the deck was a mess and unsafe, we couldn’t use the hot tub, and the inside of the unit had spiderwebs everywhere. We were offered a 10% refund due to many amenities being broken or unavailable but it doesn’t make up for the inconvenience caused by the problems with the unit.

Great place for a larger group

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was perfect for a larger group/multiple couples including children as there is a room with bunk beds with a trundle bed. It is very large with 4 spacious, very comfortable bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. Very nice furnishings and well maintained. Large open kitchen that is well stocked. Dog friendly with back porch that opens right to golf course, which was great for our dogs since we could just take them out back to walk them and play in the snow. They state only room for 2 cars but with the garage we were able to fit 4. Private hot tub was great as well. Only negatives would be the back porch/hot tub cover were damaged and slightly dirty, but I think this was due to the brutal wi ter and amount of snow they had received. It still functioned perfectly, so just a visual negative. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great place for a large family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was better than we expected. The listing says 3 1/2 baths but we were pleasantly surprised to find that it actually was 4 full baths. This meant each couple had their own bathroom. The kitchen and dining area was large enough to accommodate our large party plus guests. The layout of the living area made it easy to keep our dog contained. Some nitpicky problems were one of the bedrooms had no screens on the windows so bugs were a problem and the kitchen could have been stocked with a few more glasses and silverware. (But the large pots/pans were great!) The TV and DVD player also were not compatible. We visit Mammoth almost every summer, and this was the best condo we've stayed at. We would definitely stay here again.
