This was our second time staying at this place. It was clean and comfortable. The host was very attentive. We have stayed once in the summer and winter and it met our expectations both trips. Great location to grab the trolley into town and near the village and plenty of places to eat
Stayed with my wife, 2 adult daughters and 3-year-old grandson. The House was ready to go; we prepared all meals there and found the location to be great. Near a park and plenty of stores and restaurants. 10-minute drive to the main lodge for skiing. Thanks
Ryan was very easy to communicate with. The house has a few quirks, but overall has been nicely updated and was a great space for our family of 5. Kids loved the bunk beds in the loft. The condo is right across the street form the red line shuttle stop so it was very easy to get to the mountain and ski. Would definitely stay again.
Great space for our needs. Kitchen was well-stocked. Supermarket, coffee shop, etc. within walking distance. Host was accommodating and communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Already looking forward to our next stay!
The place was nice and centrally located to town and the market and close to a trolley stop. Place was well kept and had all the amenities for a nice stay. Ryan was quick to respond to questions that came up.
Not too big for one couple, but also plenty big for two couples and kids. Great entryway for gathering shoes, coats, dog walking equipment, etc. Comfortable living area. Kitchen had enough dishes, glassware and cooking implements. Within walking distance of many shops and restaurants in center area of town. All around great base for a week of hiking in the region during shoulder season.
The place was super clean when we arrived! The location is amazing, all hiking locations were super close, as well as places to eat! Owner was super nice and communicated when he needed to. Would stay here again
The cabin was exactly as great as I hoped it to be. All amenities and appliances worked without a hitch. The space was clean and well equipped. Highly recommend!
Took the whole family up to Mammoth and they loved it. Super clean and all the furniture seems new. The boys loved the play station and their own place to hang upstairs.
This condo was perfect for my family of five. Clean and comfortable. Only 20 yards to the jacuzzi, very nice when you are walking in the snow. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were nice and clean, the heated tile floors in the bathroom are always a nice touch! We will be back next year.
My husband, dog and I came up for a late Summer weekend biking event and stayed at Ryan's place. As advertised, it was bright and spacious and had just about everything you could need (really appreciated access to a nice humidifier!). While it has been recently remodeled, you can tell the place also gets quite a bit of use (felt pretty typical of Mammoth). So, if you're not averse to a well-loved place, it was in a great location, was pet friendly, and was within easy walking distance to restaurants, a local brewery, and even Vons. We would definitely return.
We had 4 adults, one couple, 2 friends. This property was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Very updated.
Location was was walking distance to restaurants or short driving distance to others. We could take a short drive or take the redline to ski.
Ryan was always accessible and friendly.
Will definitely be coming back
The property was located in a great place. Loved the huge glass window in living room where you could see the mountains and snow falling. Everything was wonderful and just had a small issue when trying to get into the unit. Owner was wonderful when I contacted him and we resolved the problem. I would definitely be renting out this unit in the near future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

After speaking to my guests we agreed to rate this place 4/10. There was dental floss and paper in the vanity & nightstand drawers Master Bedroom and the sheets /linens/blankets were a 7/10. The paper products provided were cheap and disintegrated in your hand. We had a plumbing issue late at night and were down to one restroom for 6 adults. Owner unavailable so I called his local maintenance person, and he sent someone with a plunger. The host had the audacity to ask me to pay for it! As if I took it home with me. The issue was resolved the next day but, in a tri-level unit those midnight restroom runs weren't convenient for me. I'd give it overall rating of a 4 out of 10. It was conveniently located but there are several units out there that are just as close to town.
It was a fantastic Mammoth stay. Kitchen needs some updated utensils, additional pots and pans for cooking if you cook, and wine glasses - only had one while two others were cracked. Also needs coffee mugs...only had a few little ones, and we desperately need coffee in the am. :) Having said that, it's a great location, short drive to Eagle, and walking distance if you want to restaurants and the market (or a short drive). The snow toys are also cracked, so an update on some of the sleds might be a good idea. The dryer is a bit old we suspect, as the heat is pretty low, which doesn't help as much if your clothes get wet. So we had to run it throughout the night as our first ski day was a little wet. Overall though, great stay.
