Une vraie maison loin de chez soi. Grande maison de ville de 2 étages. 10 personnes (lire la configuration du lit). Idéal pour deux familles ou un groupe d'amis.

Rénovation récente de haut en bas. Nouvelles salles de bain, électroménagers en acier inoxydable dans la cuisine. Nouveau revêtement de sol, éclairage, peinture, interrupteurs, quincaillerie, etc. partout.

C'est une famille vivant à 4 minutes à pied de la télécabine du Canyon et du village. 2 min à pied du Westin. La navette gratuite de la ville s'arrête à 1 minute à pied. Garez la voiture (en plein air, rue adjacente) et vous n'aurez plus besoin de l'utiliser jusqu'à votre départ!

Nous sommes proches de l'action et de l'excitation du village (4 min à pied) et du Westin (2 min à pied) mais suffisamment intimes pour que vous ne soyez dérangé par rien.

Disposition:

Chambre au rez-de-chaussée (2 lits jumeaux), chambre avec lits superposés (4 lits jumeaux (lits superposés)), salle de bains avec baignoire / douche, chambre principale (lit queen) avec double vanité et salle de douche attenante.

Dernier étage: salon, coin repas (10 places assises (8 adultes confortablement à la table principale) plus 2 au bar)), cuisine, chambre (lit queen), salle de douche.

Spots LED dimmables dans toutes les pièces (bye bye mauvais éclairage condo).

Le salon a un foyer au bois véritable Malm et un plafond en bois voûté avec puits de lumière. Le salon s'ouvre sur le balcon qui a un petit barbecue à gaz et stocke le bois de chauffage gratuit.

Notre maison a une cuisine rénovée bien garnie: nouvelles assiettes, casseroles, ustensiles, cafetière, mixeur, machine à sandwich, etc.

Le salon a une grande télévision à écran plat, un son surround, BluRay / DVD et IPTV (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu etc. (vous aurez besoin de vos propres comptes). Nous avons beaucoup de DVD et de musique dans l'unité.

Toutes les chambres sauf la chambre avec lits superposés ont des écrans plats avec lecteur DVD intégré. La chambre principale et la chambre avant ont un lecteur CD stéréo.

Toutes les chambres et le salon ont un humidificateur. Toutes les chambres ont un chauffage électrique à thermostat individuel.

Nous avons un haut débit sans fil rapide partout.

Vous êtes invités à utiliser le complexe Jacuzzi. Il y a aussi une piscine (fermée en hiver), un sauna sec et des douches communes. La réception comprend également un billard, une table de ping-pong et un flipper.

Everything was great. Clean. Easy walk to The Village. Nice common area and jacuzzi. Lots of kitchen items stocked. The only item I might recommend is a bigger master bedroom bed. It was maybe a double. A queen would have been perfect

Fabulous condo great location!

This was our 3rd year staying in this complex & this was our favorite unit to date! Lots of beds & space, nicely updated & well stocked. Great location, village is so close. Owner/manager was very responsive & we would definitely recommend this place!

The best week with family!

We had the best week in mammoth. The kids (ages 9-15) loved being close to town to get ice cream, and the condo was perfect for hanging out and watching the Olympics. We did everything we wanted to do during the week, including swimming, lakes, mountain biking and hiking. The condo was the perfect place to be in between our activities. We will definitely be back!

I had such a hard time choosing what property to book for our 3 families with kids & wanted walking distance to the gondola and the Village. In addition, the house was nice as we had 3 families and we enjoyed every bit of it all!

Easy breezy location!

Our family group of 9 thoroughly enjoyed the condo in Mammoth- everything we needed was provided. Parking was easy, condo had all the essentials, cable worked, etc. Darryl was easy to reach and we had a great family trip even through the craziness of coronavirus time!

Wonderful location

We had a great time staying at this place in Mammoth Estates. The bedrooms easily sleep ten people. We cooked each night in the well equipped kitchen and also barbecued on the gas barbecue a couple of nights. It was fun walking into the Village and checking out all the excitement. Owner provided tons of DVD's and was very easy to get ahold of for any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again next year. Thank you!!

Quick walk to the Gondola

We loved our stay at Darryl's property. It was roomy enough for 9 adults but still had a cozy feel - especially with the fireplace. We had a little issue we needed addressed and Darryl and Ken took care of it and made things right. They were super communicative and thoughtful. We loved the ski access and proximity to the village. The kitchen was awesome and well-stocked. Everything we needed was provided. Definitely a well-thought out space and home with a commitment to customer service and attention to detail. I'd absolutely stay again!

If you like poop on walls and used toilet brushes near kitchen utensils, this is your spot

Immediately went to use the bathroom and saw actual poop smeared on the wall above the toilet. Not a great start. Then at dinner we grabbed paper towels from under the kitchen sink (which absolutely reeked of mildew & we used to wipe our faces) then later realized the roll had been sitting literally inches from a used toilet brush which had also been stored under the kitchen sink. The fact that an item specifically used to clean the toilet - and has been used to clean the toilet - is anywhere near kitchen items is extremely concerning. Two of us went to medical school and were very worried about the cleanliness of everything we ate off of and touched from that point on. Then my wife informed me that at 8am Sunday - after we had been up until almost 3am and were all still asleep - the property manager called her and woke her to ask about a pair of prescription glasses… then it became her duty to look for them, and when they weren’t found, the manager said he would come by the house to look. Since we were all gone and had all of our valuables & belongings out, she told him we did not feel comfortable with that. She never got a response. When she came home by herself to take a nap, she literally had to lock her bedroom door and deadbolt the front door because she was afraid she would be awoken by a stranger going through the house. The manager laughed at me on the phone when I told him how uncomfortable she was. “You must be from the city!” Awful experience & manager.

Large and welcoming condo with well furnished kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of room and beds for our 10 person family for a one week stay. The complex has washer and dryer and the grandkids had fun in the pool and enjoyed it s amenities. Its location is excellent and very near the Village. The host was very responsive and our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We have been coming to Mammoth for many years and this condo is the best one and most accommodating to our needs for 10 person family.

Great place, great location.

Would stay again and is better than the pics. Walking location is better than noted. The Westin is 2 mins walk away, Village is 4 walk mins. This unit has nice upgrades. We had 6 adults and 3 kids, and it was awesome. Balcony, tons of wood for fire. Pool and hot tub at the facility, even in winter. Note that parking isn’t at the unit, about 20 yards near by, a few steps up, one flight of stairs inside for unit. We had blizzard conditions for 3 days, stayed warm, great fireplace, and the complex had consistent snow removal.

Perfect size and location

This was our first time to Mammoth. The location was amazing. The size of the condo was great for our small family reunion. The owners were so helpful throughout the whole process for any questions we had. Check in and check out was a breeze. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Great location

This condo is walking distance to the Village and Gondola. The Gondola takes you to the main lodge on the slopes. We came home for lunch every day. The property has a jacuzzi that we used nightly. Condo is spacious and stocked. Parked the car and barely moved it. Communication was simple. Will book again.

Excellent Condo

Best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. Perfect to prepare good meals for our team of runners. Appreciated all the little details like humidifiers in all the rooms. My only suggestion is to put screens on the downstairs and kitchen windows. Overall wonderful stay and we would stay again.

We are a family of ex-pat Europeans based in LA with 5 very active boys. Winter or summer Mammoth Lakes is a world class spot and we love spending time here. This is our home and we invite you to share it with us. We love coming here to do everything or simply nothing.

We love skiing and snowboarding as well as hiking and fishing. We also love just hanging at the condo relaxing as a family.

Mammoth is a place where kids can be kids and we can unwind. After a hard day (or not) in the outdoors, we usually cook at home, light a roaring fire, pick a good book or a movie and snuggle up on the sofas.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Mammoth Estates is one of the best positioned developments in Mammoth. A very short walk to the Village and Canyon gondola you can park the car and forget about it. Kids can come and go as they please, the shops are a few minutes away but we are out of the hustle and bustle of the town. We are a few minutes walk to great restaurants, bars and shops when we want them. A shuttle stop which gives you free transport all over town is a 1 minute walk from our front door.

There are not many 4 bed 3 bath town homes this convenient to everything for both winter and summer. Most developments are great for one or other (or you are stuck out of everything not close to anything).

The development is well maintained and has a hot tub and sauna open all year as well as a pool (summer only). In the main office area there is a ping pong table, pool table and pinball. There are also two sets of washer/dryers in the same area.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our home has been renovated to keep the mountain cabin charm but lose the bad lighting, old bathrooms and dodgy carpet. Modern, comfortable and highly functional this truly is a home away from home. We want to share our home with people who appreciate that and will treat it accordingly.

Many of our happiest memories come from time spent in our home in Mammoth.
