The other bedroom downstairs has a Bunkbed with a Full on Bottom and Twin on top, a Smart TV and ensuite bathroom. A sleeping den is located outside the two downstairs bedrooms and has a bunkbed with a Queen on Bottom and Twin on Top. The bottom of the bunkbed folds to be a couch so you can sit and watch TV on the large SmartTV in the room. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, sink and plenty of storage if needed. Take the beautiful staircase to the second floor where you will find the open floor plan living room, dining room and kitchen. The master bedroom and bathroom and fourth bathroom are also located on the second floor. The living room features a stone fireplace with a gas fire. Large Smart TV, comfortable couch as access to the outside deck with a view of Hole 10 on Sierra Star Golf Course, a BBQ and nice seating to enjoy the peace and quiet. The Gourmet Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to enjoy cooking for the whole family or simply opening a bottle of wine. The dining room has seating for 10 guests and 4 more guests can sit at the Kitchen bar. The oversized Master Bedroom has a luxurious King Size bed, Smart TV gas fireplace, large ensuite Bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and double vanity.
