Introducing this one of a kind mountain home, the perfect location for your dream retreat to Mammoth Lakes, sitting right on the creek! Over 2,700 square feet this large floorplan features 2 bedrooms + loft and 3 full bathrooms. Endless private amenities such as a loft with fooseball table, 1-car garage, laundry room with private washer and dryer, private deck with gas BBQ grill. Relax and enjoy entertaining on the main level living room with cozy wood-burning fireplace and large comfortable sectional, Smart TV with Apple TV and streaming apps (no cable), and open concept kitchen with large island perfect for serving up those vacation cocktails. Cook like a gourmet chef in the completely stocked kitchen and enjoy family dining. The master bedroom on the main level features a King bed, Smart TV, large private bathroom with soaking tub and walk in shower, and access to the main deck. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, flatscreen TV and private bathroom as well. The loft upstairs is perfect for the kids with a comfy couch to hang out on that also turns into a Queen sleeper sofabed, Smart TV, foosball table, bunk bed with a Twin on the top and Double on the bottom, and a Twin trundle bed underneath. This home has a 1-car garage and driveway that can accommodate 1 vehicles, with additional guest parking across the street. The Lodges at Snowcreek is one of the most sought after communities in Mammoth and without a doubt the best place for your dream mountain retreat. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This home sleeps a maximum of 8 people, is non-smoking, pets to be approved (please contact our office) and has wireless internet throughout. We’ve stayed here a handful of times now! Love it! 3 full baths and a half bath - unusual in Mammoth! Great open rustic-feeling floor plan! Lots of space for meals. Comfy beds! Desk set up is really convenient for doing a little work. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking the dog. We’ll be back!

This was a beautiful, spacious, well kept rental along the beautiful scenic mammoth golf course. We loved everything about it. Even though they allow pets, it was spotless and clean. I only docked one point for ease of check in because you have to go to the mammoth property office to pick up keys instead of keyless entry. Regardless, we will be staying again soon. Thank you!

Wonderful Mammoth home

We enjoyed our stay - house was exactly as described and pictured - spacious, clean, small/quiet neighborhood, great location. We had a family of 5 adults, it was perfect. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier. Highly recommend!

Extremely well maintained and clean with attached garage, and a laundry room off the kitchen. The loft was bigger than we anticipated, and plenty of room for kids to hang out. Fireplace was set up and easy to use. Well worth the expense and would definitely stay here again. We have been to Mammoth several times in winter and summer. This is the nicest place we have stayed. Problems: we could not get the oven to turn on, and front door lock was extremely hard to open. We had to enter through the garage. Hopefully both these problems will be fixed soon.

Great family place!

We had a great stay. House was perfect for our family of 5. We parked in guest parking because garage had mtn bikes in it and there was not room for our SUV. It was right across the street so it was super easy. Great neighborhood!

We love staying in the Snowcreek area. This was our first time staying in Snowcreek VI and found it quiet, well maintained and within walking distance to the Snowcreek Athletic Club, playground, meadow and shopping. It was nice having the garage to store items that you don't want inside but parking in it was to tight for a medium size SUV. There was plenty of guest parking across the street so we just parked there. This rental included full access to the athletic club which we all used and enjoyed. This Home is lovely, has many kitchen gadgets, plus some spices, and the washer and dryer is a must for me. My only disappointments were that the community Jacuzzi was dug up which meant we had to trek over to the athletic club to use theirs and the pots and pans were all teflon and so scratched up they were not safe to use. We had to ask our son to bring replacements to use.
