Lovely getaway!

Wonderful little condo in a quaint community. The property was well maintained, well stocked with kitchen ware and easily accessed. We had one issue while there with the shower, but the owner jumped on it and had it repaired in no time. Would happily stay again!

Santa Fe Bungalow

The property was very much as described. It was comfortable and very clean and was furnished with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Our purpose for visiting Santa Fe was to attend the International Folk Art Market. The location of the property was perfect as it was in easy walking distance of the Market.

Home away from home

Cute, comfortable, clean, quiet and close to the Plaza and so many great restaurants. Be sure to check out Clafoutis bakery counter and Maria’s New Mexican Kitchen - both within walkable distances. Fast response from host Mark about laundry access - so conveniently located just up steps and around corner from unit. Most delightfully homey stay on our February trip to NM.

Great condo for exploring Santa Fe

We settled right in to this spacious 1 BR condo. It was an easy dry to anywhere we wanted to go. Lots of nice little touches such as welcome food, extra pillows, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Thank you for your hospitality!

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay to visit Santa Fe! Loved the kitchen and bbq and the colorful decor. Quite complex, friendly neighbors, laundry steps away, Trader Joes nearby. Loved being able to walk everywhere!

Comfortable Santa Fe Living

This condo is clean, private and quiet and welcomes you home after a busy day. It is easy walking distance to 3 great breakfast/bakeries and we highly recommend The New Baking Company. It is also close to Paper Dosa, a wonderful Indian restaurant. Trader Joe's is also nearby. We also walked to the Railyard District. Off street parking is a plus.We have stayed here twice for 2 weeks each time and would be happy to go back. Thank you for a wonderful time in Santa Fe! Joanne & Bruce

Nice stay!

This is an exceptionally clean rental. Everything in this very comfortable home - from the lovely decor to the luxurious bedding and thick towels, to the touchless trash can to the hefty flatware to the thoughtful little extras - is high quality. In addition, the superb picture on the large tv and the pizzas in the freezer are an unexpected bonus. Highly recommended!

Well appointed one bedroom close to city center

The condo is clean and well stocked. The bed is very comfortable. The owners thoughtfully provide guide books and information for Santa Fe area. The condo is a little over a mile from City Center. The kitchen has all that you might need, although no dishwasher/garbage disposal. It is a sweet little place. The owners were VERY responsive when an issue arose with hot water. I would stay there again!

The condo was in excellent condition. It was nice and clean. There are little decorating touches that add to the ambiance. Kitchen is well appointed and the bathroom has soaps, shampoo, a blow dryer and nice towels. The owners have notes on how to use the patio lights, a key for the laundry room and easy directions for using the WiFi. The TV's are big and nice. Bedroom is very comfortable, plenty of pillows, blankets and hangers. There's a fan in the closet as well as an iron if needed.We liked the color scheme and the condo is bright and open.The information we received beforehand was helpful and accurate.

Just What I Needed

This quiet property has a very convenient location and was 3 minutes to a couple of my fave restaurants, LA Choza, and Clafoutis, plus, there'This quiet property has a very convenient location and was 3 minutes to a couple of my fave restaurants, LA Choza, and Clafoutis, plus, a drive-thru Starbucks. They thoughtfully left a couple of pizzas in the freezer, which I appreciated after driving 11 hours the day of arrival. The place is very cute and well appointed. It's nice and clean, the bed and pillows are comfy, and the bathroom has a good size shower. Parking was convenient. The TV was already set up for Netflix, so I didn't have to enter my own info to open my account. They left extra linens, which shows they are well versed in hosting. I have nothing negative to say, as I think this is a fabulous rental. I'd stay there again!
