Located close to St Francis Drive which makes for and easy commute to other New Mexico treasures such as Santa Fe Ski, Taos Ski and many more also enjoy our many other beautiful scenic drives.
Great house in a great location. Very pet-friendly with fenced yard and a jar of treats waiting for our pup. Host was excellent with great communications. We appreciated the âextrasâ in the home: tankless hot water, nice laundry room, comfy beds, good internet, mini-split cooling with controls in every room. This home is very close to the plaza, with easy access to grocery, drug stores, and other necessities. We were there for a week, and will definitely look for this property the next time weâre in Santa Fe! Highly recommend!
Easy to get down town within 10 mins. To all the shops and restaurants in the plaza square. Public garage parking was very reasonable n safe. The Native Vendors have amazing jewelry. The big jewelry shop Kennyâs and Diva diamonds had amazing custom pieces at great prices. Go ask for Moe!! Beautiful scenery in mountains too.
Very cute and comfy inside !! The location was awesome, within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and landmarks. The host was very responsive with any questions we had, she is great! We enjoyed our stay and if we ever make it back to Santa Fe, we would stsy here again!
This Casa was comfortable and convenient for the four of us friends who were in Santa Fe to see and do many things. The best thing about it was that no matter where in the city we wanted to go, we were never more than 10-15 minutes away.
Terrible beds. I woke up every night uncomfortable and got bad sleep every night. Its as if it came to a point in the middle and sloped on the sides. Probably they were super old.
Everything else was fine. Sleep is just so important especially when you are trying to relax on a vacation.
Checkout process could be better.
We spent 3 nights with another couple. The house was nice and clean with everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. Bedrooms were located on opposite sides of the house which provided privacy. I accidently locked the key in the house and the host was so pleasant and accommodating in coming over quickly to let us in. It was a pleasant stay and do recommend.
The place is nice however thereâs quite a bit of road noise which makes it difficult to sleep well. The owner also charged me $25 for a cheap alarm clock that I knocked over and came apart and could have been broken beforehand.
Nice adobe with convenient access to downtown Santa Fe.
Very comfortable adobe with open kitchen. Bathrooms were very clean and laundry facilities were a bonus. This home provided plenty of room for our three adults and a dog. This home is located close to the corner of a fairly busy road yet we did not hear much traffic noise in the evening. This location provides easy walking access to downtown Santa Fe which we enjoyed touring very much.
It was a pleasure staying at this house. It perfectly accommodated four guests, was clean and well-stocked, and the hosts were communicative.
The only drawback was the location. Although it was close to downtown, we felt uncomfortable walking at night.
Owner was easy to communicate with and very available. The house looked tidy and smallish from the outside, and inside it was surprisingly spacious. Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms had excellent showers. Kitchen was big and had everything necessary. There was salt and pepper, and olive oil, tea bags and coffee. It would have been convenient to have had a gallon of water in the fridge on arrival or a couple of bottles of water, since we were a late evening arrival, but this is not a negative, just a suggestion for folks visiting the hot dry climate of New Mexico! I love that there was a tea kettle! So few places provide those. Air conditioning in each room was easy to use. We didnât need much of it, but it was nice to have it. Good parking. Quiet and safe area, though be aware that the main road runs right by the house and there is road noise more noticeable at night. Close to Santa Fe and to the farmers market, and that same busy road was very convenient to access all the places we wanted to visit. Very clean and comfortable adobe. Would recommend.
The house was clean and well maintained. It had a good location within walking distance of downtown.
Good value for the money. The only location problem was that it is off a major street with a lot of traffic/noise. We enjoyed our stay there. The owner was very attentive and responded quickly to questions.
Property was great for my family but the location was not desirable. Generally did not feel comfortable with the surrounding area. There is an office park across the street that people living in their cars know they can go to at night and park their vehicles. Close to downtown but not walkable.
Our time at Casa de Adobe was lovely. The house is absolutely adorable. The space was charming and comfortable. The floor plan is very nice with the bedrooms in opposite sides of the property. It was perfect for my sister and myself to be cozy and yet private. I recommend Casa de Adobe for its charm and convenient access to the plaza.
