A very cozy home. Clean & the beds are extremely comfortable. Lots of knick knacks which could be an issue if you have children. A bit disappointed with the patio area that really needed some TLC. Patio cushions frayed, no covers & there was rain the week before. Took forever to dry out the chaise lounge cushions. Nice fireplaces (1 in living room & 1 in bedroom) but no firewood. Lots of appliances & utensils in the kitchen. You could basically cook or bake anything; however, little to none for seasoning/spices. Lots of plates/bowls, glasses, only 4 small coffee mugs & 1 large Santa mug (cute). Maybe because it's being managed by a property management company, small body & bath soaps, no laundry soap. Stayed 10 days & only 4 dishwashing tabs & 4 oz of dishwashing liquid, Rinse Aid in dishwasher empty. No coffee which is a bummer for the am after arrival. Couch & chair in living room are nice but very low so us older folks had a challenge (lol). Windows needed cleaning. No bathmat in tub which was a concern for again us older folks (towel used). No paper napkins or kleenex. Ran out of toilet paper. Back door to patio area needs attention, sticks. I've been in quite a few VRBO's and have seen a variety of what I now guess are perks. Some may feel I'm complaining, a trip to the store is usual. However, I’ve just stayed in homes better supplied. I didn't bother to contact the host/company so no fault on their part. This is just an FYI for future travelers.
