This home was the perfect place for our family getaway. The location was close to all the amenities in Pagosa Springs area. The home was very nice and it was so quiet and peaceful to sit out on the deck in the mornings and evening.
We very much enjoyed staying in this beautiful home in Pagosa Springs. We had everything we needed - well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, gorgeous views, and many places to explore in the area.
My family of four stayed here for our ski trip in March. We would definitely stay here again. The house was nice and cozy and the hot tub was perfect after a day on the slopes.
We loved our stay at this beautiful house. It was close to town and a short drive to ski each day but we loved the quiet and the views of the lake. The house was well stocked and cozy.
This house is in a amazing location just minutes from restaurants and close enough to Wolf Creek ski area. The property is 3 floors and had lots of room to spread out, amazing views and was very clean. The property manager and Evolve was quick on responding and very friendly. Will definitely rent again.
Three couples stayed for a long weekend at this gorgeous property! So clean and well maintained. The kitchen literally had everything we could need and more! You could easily sleep 10+. The home backs up to a small lake with a large lake across the street with amazing views! Close to everything. 10/10 recommend this property!
Lovely home in a great location with incredible views. Everything is very clean and the beds are super comfortable. The listing is in accurate regarding the bathrooms - there are 2 full baths and 1 half bath. A bit of an unwelcome surprise for our group and the folks that had to share the one downstairs. Great house - still give it 5 stars.
The house is in a beautiful spot. A corner lot with lakes and golf course around. We saw Deer, fawn and fox walking by. The view was wonderful. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boarding in the area. The home itself is lovely but it needs some updates. The furniture is getting stained and worn. We enjoyed our stay for the most part but I can't give it a 5 star review because I felt like I had to put sheets on the furniture for cleanliness. I'm sure the owners would like to update things for their guests. The house is top notch with quality appliances and beautiful bathrooms, just needs some new items.
The house was great, three full bedrooms and a fourth in a mezzanine, three bathrooms, everything is modern and functional. House has some style, a mix of mid-century modern and industrial with two excellent outdoor spaces attached to the house and two small lakes quite close. Everything works, upstairs and down. But the best thing was the wildlife; we had a doe and her four fawns every day we were there hanging around, a young buck was also around. We saw eagles hunting over the lake and magpies, a horned owl, endless geese, and the last couple of days a red fox. The house sits on a corner and there's a large bushy area in front that seems home to a lot of animals. That was fantastic.
Had an impromptu ski trip planned. Found this place and couldnât believe the location and size considering the price point. Met and exceeded all of my expectations. Will stay again!
We stayed at this property over Thanksgiving week, so we understood the rate was higher due to the holidayâabout twice the cost of a regular week. That said, the house was generally well-organized and clean, with the exception of some candy wrappers we found near the bed in one of the downstairs bedrooms. For the price we paid, we did expect a higher level of quality in some areas. The towels were particularly disappointingâmany were worn, with some even tattered, stained, or having bleach spots. Additionally, the master bathroom had a few maintenance issues. The shower head was in need of replacement, with poor water pressure due to part of it not functioning, and the sink faucets were loose. The toilet's chain also kept detaching, requiring us to lift the tank lid for repairs. On the positive side, the house offered plenty of space, and the linens on the beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated the modern major appliances like the fridge, stove, and dishwasher, though I did see previous reviews mentioning the need for updates to small appliances, which we did not use. We also did not utilize the hot tub, so cannot attest to that amenity. Having a washer and dryer on the property was a nice perk, which we did use and worked well. One downside was the lack of a TV in the main level living area. Since it was Thanksgiving week, we would have enjoyed being able to watch football while cooking the meal.Another issue that arose was that we did not have access to the large rollaway trash can outside or in the garage. Subsequently, trash bags just piled in the garage over the 5 days we were there. Overall, it was a nice place to stay with plenty of room and beautiful views of the lake and mountains. But for the price, we had higher expectations regarding some of the amenities and maintenance.
The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed for a stay. The hot tub was amazing during the snow storm. Overall it was a beautiful location and fun stay.
I tried to get a hold of someone for a couple weeks prior to our stay to see if we could check in early. No one would reply to me. Finally, the day before we left they gave me info to contact the lady that manages the cleaning. She was very nice and tried to accommodate us.
The house and location are very nice. We enjoyed watching all the wildlife from the decks. Very relaxing!
The downside is the property management. It lacks some of the personal touches you get when itâs owner managed.
Communication with the management was terrible. We were missing some necessary items which took over 13 hours to get. When someone finally did bring it to us we asked why we werenât hearing back from the managerâŠ. we were told she was very busy and that we just had to keep trying and she would get back with us sooner or later.
We would stay at the house again, but not as long as Evolve is managing it.
